Where are we with the GOI as of Today?

GOI is just about there, many of the positions/ministries are already filled or are ready to be filled

Carlablum posted good article today that will give you good idea of where things are as of right now.

I believe the GOI will be finished before the 15th, Iraq wants the chpt vii sanctions lifted, and from the news coming out recently, you can see they are trying to resolve the final issues that would prevent them from having this happen. This includes having the full formation of the GOI, passing the budget, passing the hcl law, and as we all hope and believe, ReValue of the currency so as to support international trade, and get into the WTO
