Chat room problem

I click on the tab to go to the chat room, the page loads and I see the information at the bottom of the page but the chat never loads. PLs Help!

i had the same problem a few days ago. i went into my internet tools and had to delete all of my browsing history , then reboot computer and wala it opened up

but also make sure yours java is updated also
