UNEEK
THANK YOU -- I have been watching these off and on for a while - really enjoy them - not sure I am ready to downsize to that extreme - but I do like the idea of being portable and very efficient !! I am really curious if this trend evolved from the man who started building things like this for the homeless from pallets and other scraps - I loved those stories also -- I do believe it is imperative to be more aware of waste and the environment -- UNEEK

UNEEK
Then maybe something a wee bit larger might do the trick? http://archedcabins.com/ Hey -- the gallery pics on these were very impressive -- but still maybe a bit small for my desire at present time -- Have you checked what some people have done with railroad containers? I don't have time to search for the links now but I am a bit more impressed with those than these "tiny" homes -- at least for long term living -- I would not want to have anything on the water for permanent living but maybe for vacation fun -- I also do not want to live down in the ground - but would not mind a container being partially in the side of a mountain / hill -- this would be extra insulation and protection from the elements -- Thanks for the extra posts - I enjoy seeing others' imagination & creativity at work -- UNEEK
