Ok i the WTO says china has to rase rate, and Iraq can't join until dinar is at higher value and recognized, how does the Dong rate? One would think that that the Dong is too low for the WTO and they would have an unair advantage especially if it comes in at .06 or so. Any thoughts?

Cashman, do you have a link to the WTO article? I would like to read it if you do. I also agree regarding the Dong.
