With Iraq calling out to numerous countries to help aid in getting out of chapter 7,is it that difficult to reenter into the global society....are these countries really hearing Iraq or is it just a friendly jesture from the other presidents n prime ministers?....let's leave r.v. of dinar on side for know, just the basic exit of chapter 7.

Information out of Iraqi indicates that all the requirements to be released from VII have been met. They are just waiting for the formal announcement from the UN. Whether that is true or not remains a mystery UNTIL the announcement is made.
