After a year of struggleing to post pictures,or videos I finally figure it out , ( or stumble upon it more likely ) and I keep getting an error message " YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THAT IMAGE EXTENTION ON THIS BOARD " . Well why not ? I've paid my dues and if I'm not allowed who is ?

your probably trying to post the wrong type of file extension .... I've had that too a few times

if your trying to post an image from the web

1. right click mouse on image
2. go to properties
3. copy " Address URL"
4. go to your post in DV
5. click on insert image
6. paste Address URL into box (normally http/// blah bah .jpeg or something like that)
7. and your done
