timsters, if they lop and rv at the same time, a 25,000 note would be worth 25. right now it is worth 23 and you would maybe break even. maybe if you hold out for a while, and it raises in value, a 25,000 note could be worth 75 or 100 dollars.

Only if the rate goes to 5.00 or 6.00. Do you really think that is a possibility? Even at that if it does lop and rv at the same time and the rate is 5.00 or 6.00 us, then you've still only made 5,000.00 or 6000.00. Yes you can quadruple your investment, but you won't make millions.
