Ground pork sausage(drained), shredded cabbage,shredded carrots, diced water chestnuts(canned), and put in a pot with a little fish oil and soy sauce ( to your taste). Cook until half translucent. Let cool wrap in eggroll wrappers( follow the direction on back for folding. Then fry and enjoy. We use the sweet chilli sauce for dippig. Super easy!

1# sausage and 1/2# bacon {chopped} fried and drained, 3 chopped green onions, 1 small can mushrooms drained and chopped, 6 eggs scrambled, 8 oz. soft cream cheese, teaspoon garlic pepper, mix well and use about 2 tble spoon full per wrap, use large won ton skins 7in x 7in, wet edges of wrap to help seal, heat about 2 1/2 inches of veg. oil to 350 degrees, fry in oil about 1 minute untill nice and brown. you will love these
