A little pork loin

I took a pork loin, bone in, simialr to prime rib, roasted it on my treger for 5 hrs and it turned out unbelievable. I injected it with buter and garlic, put several gloves of garlic in it....and the secret about every half hr I srapyed apple juice on it. It was great!

Add apple juice to the liquid you inject, about 50/50 and fill the pork with as much of the liquid as it will hold. Then cover the outside in a rub, like you do for BBQ. Let it sit over night in the fridge, or at least a few hours, and then slow roast it. You won't believe how good. Really good with a pork shoulder.
