Five-year economic plan between Iraq and the Gulf Cooperation Council

The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Mahdi Al-Alaq, chaired Tuesday the joint strategic dialogue committee with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, while the two sides agreed on a five-year economic plan.
