According to a statement of the hybrid mission in Iraq [UNAMI] that the meeting "will be held at ten o'clock in the morning New York time [six pm Baghdad time." He noted that "it is expected that the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jan Kubis, gave abriefing shortly after the start of the meeting, about the developments in Iraq and the mission [UNAMI]."
