  1. Fmr. "Genesis" drummer & late main vocalist ( 1976 and on) after Peter Gabriel had left...Had performed on albums a few times even before Gabriel's departure anyway https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phil_Collins
  2. I used to have the 45 rpm (exactly the one with this cover)....Eons ago (I'm old...)...Was quite a hit in Europe at the end of the 60's https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arthur_Brown_(musician)
  3. Guy in vid is Ben Watt ("Some things don't matter", "North Marine Drive" etc) Her name is Tracey Thorn Good song and sophisticated.....
  4. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawkwind
  5. Love his (Tony Hill) voice even though ( or maybe that's why I do) I deem it somehow sinister...... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Tide_(band) Probably one of the most underrated bands ever... Peculiar (in the least) lyrics.......Excerpt: ........"Born from the carnage and cast into darkness / Hailed are the priests of dualities / Fragrant the blossom and deadly the thorn / Some born from sorrow and some from scorn / Slowly we walked to the sound of the sunlight / Down to the valley as morning grew / Show me your words I was turning to say / When came the sting to my tasteless game".........
  6. YES bassist Saw him in 1977 with Yes at the Oakland, CA Coliseum..... He used to have a typical, peculiar sound ( thanks also to his Rickenbacker instrument)....Great I recall that inside the Coliseum, up in the air, there was this huge cloud of something which I ( a naive youngman from small town Trento) had no idea whatsoever what it might be and had to ask the guy or girl sitting next to me...He / she smiled a wtf smile back at me and told me...So I ended up being ( without wanting it) totally stoned just like everybody else......
  7. Rod Stewart's band ( that's him singing) before starting a solo career...Also guitarist Ronnie Wood's band before joining Rolling Stones.....
  8. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argent_(band)
