Kharazi expressed his hope for "positive results in the dialogue with Saudi Arabia," noting that "Washington has failed in its policies and we rule out any real results for US President Joe Biden's visit to the region." And Jordan's King Abdullah II announced last month that he supports the establishment of a Middle Eastern "NATO" alliance, provided that its missions are very clear.
