  1. A father takes his son out into the forrest, blindfolds him and tells him is is to be lefft alone. He is required to sit on a stump the whole night and not remove the blindfold until the rays of morning sunshine peaks throught it. He cannot cry out for help from anyone. Once he survives the night, he has become a man according to custom. He cannot speak a word of his experience to any other boy who must come into manhood on his own. The boy is naturally terrified of the sounds of the night. Wild beasts roaring off in the distance, the wind blowing the trees whistling errie sounds, maybe even some human wanting to do harm to him. But he sat there fearful but quiet all night, never removing the blindfold because he wanted to become a man and not be disgraced. After a horrific night the sun peaked through his blindfold and when he took it off, he discovered his father sitting close by. His father had been there watching over his son all night to protect him. Even when we don't know it God our father is watching over us sitting on the stump beside us. When trouble comes he will be the one to help us deal with it and lesson its impact on our lives. If you liked this story passs it on, if not then take off your blindfold before dawn. Moral of this story is: Just because you can't see God doesn't mean he is not there....For we walk by faith not by sight. Have a blessed day
