The Director General of the Muthanna Investment Authority, Adel Al-Yasiri, said in a statement to the "National News Center", "A group of Chinese companies obtained an investment license to establish the largest investment construction project in the Najmi area in Muthanna, starting with two billion dollars and ending with twenty billion dollars." Al-Yasiri added, "This project will be specialized in the manufacture of "ceramic, alabaster, aluminum, porcelain, iron and cork," and it is one of the giant federal projects that enjoy direct support from Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi."
