06-09-2020 03:55 PM A Kurdish leader is likely to have a comprehensive signing between Baghdad and Erbil to solve the outstanding problems Baghdad / Al-Akhbariya The leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ghayath Al-Surji, said today, Sunday, that a comprehensive signature between the governments of Baghdad and Erbil will be made to solve all outstanding problems, while indicating that a Kurdish delegation led by Qubad Talabani will visit Baghdad next Tuesday. "The Kurdish delegation was supposed to visit Baghdad today, but the visit of the deputy head of the regional government, Qubad Talabani, to Baghdad has been postponed because the parties in the capital are busy with some issues, and the Kurdish delegation will travel next Tuesday," Surji told Al-Akhbariya. He added that "there are prior understandings between Baghdad and Erbil regarding the final agreement on the budget and staff salaries, and all these outstanding problems may end with the signing of a comprehensive agreement between the two parties." Surji pointed out that "selling oil and facilitating the supply of electricity to the provinces outside the region are the most prominent files that will be raised during the upcoming upcoming meetings." Political sources confirmed that there are advanced understandings between the government of Baghdad and the regional government, but the only obstacle is the failure to deliver oil imports to Baghdad to Kurdistan while the Kurds demand their full budget, and on the other hand Kurdish parties doubt that the salaries of Kurdish employees do not reach them or may reach them incomplete every forty Days.
