Parliamentary economy reveal the news about the terms of the granting of the Trademark Law April 12, 2017
A commission of parliamentary economy and investment, on Wednesday, for the terms of granting trademark law to foreign companies, while noting that the law will open the door companies to sell cars directly in Iraq.
The committee member Najiba Najib told "the news of the news," that "trademark law will open the door Japanese, German, Korean, Chinese foreign companies and others to sell cars and electronic devices directly to citizens in Iraq without the need to import from those countries."
"The conditions of the law include _igal Iraqis and their preference for foreigners in the branches of foreign companies that will open in the capital Baghdad and other provinces," pointing out that "the committee agreed with representatives of the companies on those conditions."
Najib pointed out that "the economic and investment commission in the House of Representatives will soon prevent me from preparing legislation for submission to the Presidency of the Council to vote in the coming period."
