  7. Luigi says...2018 Eclections are coming to Iraq. If there is no RV prior to Election...we can forget it, 2018 is out. Maliki gains power. His policy has always been a low Dinar, money laundering, keeping USD on the streets & CBI auctions. There are also other threats, he will re-introduce ISIS into Iraq, turn citizens against each other & cozy up to Iran. If all this materializes, we can kiss the RV good-by...IMO. What say you? 8. Luigi asks... Does Maliki still have the power & influence to stop the RV? Not varified. Your opine. 1-16-2016 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: "MP...Maliki the Iraqi economy is now in a real crisis and it is not possible to raise the value of the Iraqi dinar against the dollar" IMO this is a great article because even though they can't at this time, they are confirming (of sorts) that the plan is to raise the value of the dinar...to have them refer to it stating "raising the value" is complete confirmation. This is the year of currency reform. To much on the line to let to drag on. With the IMF and MoU/trustreeship it will get done. From there..we will just have to sit back and watch it rise as the investment boom begins.
