Jeff They're implementing their banking reforms. You have no idea how close you are to this rate change. This is Iraq implementing their banking reform right in front of us. The electronic platform for selling dollars has been suspended. That means the currency auctions have ended. That's a critical piece to this. That's the banking reform getting implemented. That's Iraq preparing to revalue their currency. That makes this month of January extremely critical regarding our investment and the revaluation of Iraq's currency. Militia Man Iraq doesn't have coins today. They haven't had them for 20 something years. Now all of a sudden they have a commemorative [tourist] coin and they talk about currency, a special stamp - it's a special occasion.

RON Frank26 This is extremely important you understand this. It is projected at the end of this month on the 31st that the auctions will come to an end. Therefor the next day the citizens of Iraq will be looking for something to use. They will demand a dollar because that's all they know and they will be rejected. The demand for the dollar will increase. The black market value will increase for the dollar (which is not official, which has no meaning, no value to the CBI). But for at least maybe until the 7th. Why? Because on the 7th Sudani has ordered parliament to finish and sign off everything on the budget. If not, he'll take care of it. One week of bubble. That makes sense. I like it. The Iraqi economy contracted by 2.2% in 2022. The Fund expects the economy to grow by 1.4% in 2024 and 5.3% in 2025. However, the Fund warns that Iraq’s fiscal position remains worrisome, with the budget deficit expected to widen to 7.6% of GDP in 2024, compared to 1.3% in 2023. It also expects government debt to reach 48.2% of GDP in 2024 and 54.6% in 2025. By 2025, the Iraqi economy is expected to begin a significant recovery, with strong growth in its non-oil sector and increased investment in areas such as technology and infrastructure. If the required fiscal and structural reforms are implemented, Iraq may be able to reduce its dependence on oil and strengthen its private sector."

Every day they tell us they're going to give us a new exchange rate...You know why they're telling us they're going to give us a new exchange rate? They say since the auctions are stopping. FRANK: Tell parliament to moooove over...The cash cow is coming to an end... It's coming, that's all there is to it. Clare Article: "Iraq Stock Exchange Ranks First in the Arab World in Trading Volume for November" Quote: "trading volumes achieved a growth of 131.24% during November 2024 compared to the previous month, thus topping the Arab financial markets in terms of growth rates." Kaperoni Question: "Rumor is that the dinar has RV'd. Have you anything to say about those rumors?" Kaperoni: Currencies of a country are not some lottery ticket. They represent a country, and if a currency is ever going to go up in value, it will be based on the success and economic growth of that country. Iraq is trying to rebuild their country and diversify their economy. Iraq has made a lot of progress over the years rebuilding, but still has a ways to go. If Iraq can create a market economy, and diversify away from oil, we may see some improvement in the value gradually as a result. But there is no significant RV like the gurus talk about.

FRANK: The fact they reshowed it is extremely important. Sudani is going out almost on a daily basis telling the Iraqi citizens, I got you! I told you I'm going to give you purchasing power. I got you. MarkZ There are many here in the US and all over the world that are expecting a value change with the end of the auctions. Not just people on the internet, but folks in government and the banking world as well. Mnt Goat Article: "THE DOLLAR MARKET IS ON “ONE LEG”.. A NEW MECHANISM AND THE EXCHANGE RATE IS THREATENED!" They are just telling us that there is a process in place to change-out the dinar to the lower denominations and effect the rate as part of this process without causing havoc. A higher, sudden RV, if not done appropriately would cause havoc.

If you hear a date, if you hear a rate, those are just speculative IMO. Mnt Goat We are almost there. According to my CBI contact the new elected US administration is now working with Iraq and has contacted Iraq, and so this is also VERY GOOD news at this time. We must be patient and let the process play out. The process does not change only some events along the way to get there in Dr Shabibi’s plan to reinstate. There is one more step to the de-dollarization process and that is to get off the sole de facto peg to the US dollar. This step must take place and soon, VERY SOON! There is no longer a need for it; It’s time to bring the Iraqi dinar to the forefront.

RON Mnt Goat Article: “CENTRAL BANK GOVERNOR: OPENING EXTERNAL CHANNELS WITH FOREIGN CURRENCIES ELIMINATES THE BLACK MARKET” Central Bank Governor Ali Al-Alaq confirmed on Thursday that opening channels in foreign and Arab currencies achieves stability in the exchange rate and gradually eliminates the black market. We were told of the issue of the parallel market and my CBI contact told me that this had to come in par with the “official” CBI rate in order to make the in-country revaluation of the dinar possible, before the project to delete the zeros could occur. They said that the new correspondent bank procedure should eliminate the parallel market. The RV is going to happen, but first things first. [post 1 of 2] Mnt Goat This recent move with the correspondent banks should knock out the parallel market altogether first and put the dollar in line with the CBI “official” rate. This was needed first. Then the CBI plans to push out the new in-country CBI official rate we have been waiting for along with the project to delete the zeros. I just talked to my CBI contact Wednesday and this is what I am told. We just have to sit tight and see what happens next. I wish I could tell you more positive news. There is a lot of information hitting right now in Iraq. All the news is supporting a rate change before the end of the year. Mnt Goat a HUGE change or transformation has occurred...a transformation of Iraq like no other they have ever experienced. It has come on the heels of being released from Chapter VII. I am in close contact with the CBI committee that is responsible for rolling out the Project to Delete the Zeros. I get weekly statuses that are telling us that Iraq is only moving ahead and not backwards. I am told it won’t be long.

The things he's doing is naturally gradually getting it done. I think by changing the exchange rate with Article 12 in the Gazette, budget being exposed we're going to find out. They're not paying salaries and not reopening the oil after losing $20 billion to keep the exchange rate at 1310. That doesn't make sense to anybody.

FRANK: I TOLD YOU SO!! lol...Sudani is in control of the new exchange rate. MarkZ Article: “Iraq participates in a ministerial meeting of the gas exporting countries forum” Why is this important? They are now joining countries that exports gas. This is a whole new market that has the potential to be as big as their oil industry. This helps them increase the value of their currency.

RON Walkingstick What we're seeing now is a very clear picture of the monetary reform and where it's at. Its process may have been slow but it is successful. The evidence shows the citizens are not going to fail and they are very eager to do this monetary reform as Sudani and Alaq have explained it to them. This year they were receiving the monetary reform education. There is still more education that will be coming (ie:) the pictures, the electronic boards. I just spoke with her and she told me there are no lower denomination notes being used. I asked her to ask around the hospital about lower denomination notes. She emailed me back and said she spoke with the Admin and they said there are no lower denomination notes. Pimpy Hydrocarbon law - I've been talking about this forever...What does the hydrocarbon law have to do with the exchange rate? [Other gurus] are not being very specific. They don't tell you how it's connected at all. Does the Iraqi hydrocarbon law pay money directly to the Iraqi citizens? The money...goes into different funds...designed to ensure each Iraq citizens residing in the country receives a equal share of Iraqi revenues. Iraqi citizens do not receive direct payments from the Iraqi hydrocarbon law. Instead they may benefit indirectly through various funds. They're not directly going to get paid...

They have already done 3 readings on the 2024 budget and we are waiting for it to be in the gazette, or they could publish a special Gazette - which is something they sometimes do. We hope the HCL will be in tomorrow’s Gazette. But mixed reports coming out of Iraq. Some say it passed, and some say it hasn’t.

But the whales and sharks will. They'll buy 1 million dinar for $1 million because they know as it floats it'll go to $3 million and they made a killing. That's when the sharks make their money. Pimpy Let me tell you what I think about how everything is going to affect this investment in Iraq. Trump already told you, they're going to drill baby drill. When he spoke with Elon Musk and Rand Paul doing something about the Federal Reserve he told the people specifically do what you need to do but stay away from the oil. Period. He'll handle the oil. We're going back to being the number one exporter of energy...The last time he did that it drove prices way down. Damn near bankrupt Iraq. That's what Trump did last time for Iraq.

RON Pimpy As soon as Trump won the presidency we all know he heard from 77 different world leaders. When he got on the phone with the Iraqi leader al-Sudani they took an exceptional amount of time. I told you Trump has plans for al-Sudani and Iraq to be a pivotal player in peace in the Middle East. He's not gong to ask Trump about what the exchange rate is going to be because Trump has nothing to do with it. That is the Central Bank of Iraq. Militia Man Sudani has been on a tear because he's been doing for over two years methodically; nothing but achievements.

MarkZ There are a whole lot of folks that say all these things coming together means a rate change. I believe them to be accurate. Not every Chase Bank has the ability because maybe they're a mom and pop bank. Certain banks have been designated to do this. People don't realize there are places they can exchange. People are so scared, 'I don't know where to go.' When this thing happens it's going to be so hot. There will be plenty of large banks dealing with international bank transfers when this happens. Fnu Lnu Redemption Centers are nothing more than remote bank locations. There will be no contract rates unless you have a contract with private buyers pre-October 2011. Everyone will get the same rate due to the Law of One Price.

RON Militia Man We have a couple members that speak fluent Arabic...They come in on occasion and talk to me...or I reach out to them...to see if they can reach out to the tribal people or people that they know that are working on the ground...What I learned was...He gave an example if you're taking a credit/debit card from a country A to country B and it works, meaning you have the ability to transfer money from one country to another on your card, ...you can swipe your card into an ATM and get money, let's say you're [Iraqi], if you're in a different country and you can swipe your card and get dinar or convert [Iraqi dinar] to Jordanian dinar or you can go to Saudi Arabia...the United States... Europe, if the card works in those counties, it's going to be reflective of...an exchange rate. [Post 1 of 2] Militia Man Article: "Trade Bank launches first experimental Visa card." Quote "...the Visa includes features for use in online shopping as well as for use in purchases..." When we go online, we're international in the World Wide Web. It sounds like you're going to be able to use a new electronic card across borders. If this is an international card, showtime is about to being. Mnt Goat The news from Iraq is all still very good. There is so much progress. The BIG event of course, will be the ending of the current currency auction process and use of the new system already to implement. The CBI has told us that nearly 95% of the current payments needed for imports is covered by the four (4) correspondent banks for this purpose. Remember that the clock is ticking and other outside banking relationships must take place but will most probably never take place unless the IQD is valuable again and most importantly on these terms it must also be reinstated back on FOREX for investors to “legally” use this currency in their portfolios of investments for their clients. This is the key. Yes, this is really just where we are right now.

RON Fnu Lnu We are hearing a constant drone of how the GOI is trying to combat the parallel market /black market. Once again, I am calling B.S.! Any thinking person can understand and realize, the way you put an instant end to the black market is to revalue the currency (IQD) to a rate higher / more valuable than the Dollar. I maintain that this is nothing more than a stall tactic to hold off the RV / RI of the IQD. Occam's Razor is almost always the correct answer, but why are they doing this? This is in part how Iraq is going to pay for the exchange of currency on revaluation. Militia Man We are watching Iraq open up to the world. We're talking about integration into international markets, international banking. From national to international inter-connectivity. This is what's happening with Iraq.
