It is also Iraq that is stealing. Call it the Iranian influence politicians inside of the GOI of Iraq...I never wanted to call it Sudani's government that was also in cahoots, and continue to allow the dollar to be stolen. RON -26-2025 Paulette Based on news release from Shafaq today, Saturday, the dollar exchange rate in Baghdad’s al-Kifah and al-Harithiya central exchanges registered a rate of 1395 today which is slightly higher than the previous 1394 In local currency exchange shops across the capital, the selling price remained at 1405 In Erbil, the selling price was 1392 an increase over the previous 1390.5 ...This is appreciably the same percentages over the official rate as Wednesday/Thursday, 5.7, 6.4 and 5.5 respectfully. 7-26-2025 Clare Article: "After opening higher, the dollar fell in Erbil and Baghdad at the start of the week's closing." No, it's to make it more valuable. It's to make it float, to reach a higher value. IMO I think it's in that position. I really think it has been de-pegged. It's ready to be paired and to go forward.

I firmly believe its because Iraq is about to have a new rate.

FRANK: At 1310? That sounds impressive doesn't it? It don't make no sense at 1310. 7-25-2025 Militia Man In one of the articles it's the 2025 Gold city Project. It's aiming to transform Baghdad and the rest of the country into a jewelry hub of the region and possibly the world. It's a trade hub. That's what they're doing...Their ancient history is coming back around. That's what they're going to be working on...I think it's going to be a big deal... Gold is money. They've known about it for thousands of years.

These are supposed to be able to count and sort and pick up counterfeit. This will help the efficiency of our monetary reform and also control those banks that are still against the monetary reform. RON 7-19-2025 Frank26 I always like the idea of a 1 to 1 pairing with the American dollar, instead come out at its real effective exchange rate, fixed rate and let it float at that rate so that it helps the other Middle Eastern currencies in that basket because at 1 to 1 it wouldn't help anybody...Fixed rate now, under these conditions, is the way to go. 7-19-2025 Samson Article: "The United States of America returns its employees to work at its embassy in Baghdad and its consulate in Erbil." You think Trump wants to trade with you guys at 1310? No. He put tariffs on you instead didn't he? Which tells you, 'I don't want that garbage. Get rid of your 1310, I get rid of the 30%. You don't get rid of the 1310 by the end of this month, I'm going to go with 60%.' That's not good is it? Yes it is! The pressure not just on Sudani but the GOI, CBI, everybody that's behind the monetary reform. 7-15-2025 Mnt Goat Statements made by the US State Department...urged Baghdad and Erbil to resolve their disputes through constructive dialogue. She emphasized that settling the Kurdistan Region’s salary issue would demonstrate Iraq’s commitment to a stable investment climate, while also paving the way for broader cooperation—such as reopening the Iraq-Turkey pipeline and expanding energy projects with US companies. I am telling you that these issues matter and by resolving them Iraq can show they... are ready to work in the global community. This is what the U.S. is looking for. I wish they would make it clear. They need the monetary reform dog gone it...The IMF actually is the United States of America IMO. They are echoing the voice of Trump. Give us a new exchange rate. Enough is enough. Tump and the IMF are saying the same thing at the same time. 7-13-2025 Militia Man Article: "Iraq increased their gold reserves to over 145 tons" That's a report from the World Gold Council...That's a lot of gold...Remember for valuation of currencies they take into consideration what you have in assets in gold.

RON 7-13-2025 Walkingstick [Iraqi bank friend Aki update] Iraq has been working on the ISO for about two/three weeks now. They're telling us it is about to be implemented on the 14th. Aki was told to go back [to his bank in Dearborn Michigan]. He was waiting for the new exchange rate. They told him don't move...We believe Aki is now working on the ISO that is about to be released. Aki is the man in Michigan. It's his bank. He will test this ISO platform...ISO deals with many things like federal wires to speed up the transactions of International exchanges, any type of wiring. This is now moving much faster in a safer protected way. It is scheduled to be implemented on July 14. 7-13-2025 Militia Man There's some specific things are taking place and they're transpiring. We got the salaries, oil...Fed wire system coming up in the next couple days...the court case on the same day...Remember they extended Fed Wire ISO 20022 out from February/March range to July 14th...I find that convergence fascinating...For all those out there that think that they've heard this before, I smile and wave and shake my head. 7-13-2025 MarkZ Article: “Iraqi oil surpasses Brent and Texas on the global stock exchange” Basra average crude has recorded $71.68 per barrel. Saleh who is a financial advisor for Sudani once said that any price over $60 a barrel was workable. Guess who is going to allow you to bring it back up, besides the IMF, which is actually the United States of America anyways. 7-11-2025 Bruce President Sudani was called by President Trump today to ask him to raise the rate on the Iraqi dinar on Saturday, or he would be looking at tariffs for Iraq on Sunday? Well, I'm sure Iraq doesn't want tariffs - there, and I'm sure President Trump would rather have the Iraqi rate where it should be. And so ...if they do that Saturday morning ...they are eight hours ahead of the East Coast, so that new Iraqi rate should be up on screens Saturday. 7-11-2025 Samson Article: "Oil Minister: Iraq's crude oil reserves exceed 145 billion barrels" 7-11-2025 Sandy Ingram Iraq is rich in oil, holding some of the largest reserves in the world...The country is working to rebuild after years of war and sanctions. Still huge expectations from 3 different bond sources for this weekend. They claim they have finished all paperwork and will get their funding…crossing my fingers. It's like when you catch the wave surfing ...You're looking...looking...then all of a sudden...you find the right sweet spot and you ride it the rest of the way to the beach. That's the way I feel right now. This monetary reform investment of ours, I feel like it's smooth sailing to the beach right now. 7-10-2025 MarkZ Article: “Trade confirms Iraqi exports will not be affected by new customs/duties” A lot of people are wigging out about Trumps letter to Iraq about tariffs. The ministry of trade says it really doesn’t affect them…either their energy projects or economy…and they support the US decision to balance their trade imbalances...there are a lot of articles from various parliamentary members and economists about this saying they support the US.

Article: “IRAQ PLANS TO RECEIVE 4 MILLION CONTAINERS ANNUALLY AT UMM QASR PORT.” WOW!...Umm Qasr Port in Basra is undergoing rapid development...Iraq is going to be a “clearing house” for the middle east. This means shipment from all over the world will land in Iraq and they be distributed to other countries. This means massive tariff and customs fees for Iraq. 7-8-2025 MarkZ Question: do you think Trump knows about the RV? I absolutely do…years ago he spent millions on Iraqi dinar because he knows it’s a good investment. As did Warren Buffet….I think he spent 14 million buying dinar.

Let me help you a little bit. You lost your receipt - Did you buy with a check? Then go to the bank and tell them exactly what month and week and they will get you a copy. Did you buy your dinars with a credit card? Then get a hold of the credit card company...You need the copy of the statement from that year and that month. Did you keep the envelope [Your dinars came in]? That's a post stamp on the envelope. Finally, we have some movement that directly actually applies to the furtherance of a monetary revaluation. This is the first real news in months now. Could they be back on track? Only time will tell. Remember that NO ONE has the date or rate. 7-6-2025 Walkingstick The INOC (Iraqi National Oil Company) is now in full control of the oil in Iraq. Kurdistan has agreed to all of this...That's is so important. There's no problems...fighting...arguments... discussions...Sudani is in full control of the oil of Iraq. That's it...Sudani wants the HCL for the citizens...for his reelection. 7-6-2025 Militia Man Al Sudani and his team have brought together what they suggest in articles is the salaries and the oil flow through the Cyan port...Is it coincidence that we had a new Big Beautiful Bill in the United States? ...I wouldn't be surprised in the interconnectivity is going to be part of that because we're talking about a lot of money on both ends. 7-6-2025 Frank26 It's fixed IMSO. I'm asking you to accept this. What's fixed? The exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar. And if it is fixed then that means that which was causing it not to be fixed has been fixed. That sounds like I'm going in circles...but as this evolves, it'll be put together...If we control the oil, we control the HCL, we control the exchange rate...It is fixed because it is digital and it is going in the right direction.

Iraq does not yet have Article VIII status with the International Monetary Fund which would allow free convertibility of the IQD. Instead it still operates under Article XIV, meaning capital controls and restrictions are legal and expected. 6-29-2025 Militia Man There's been videos out that we've talked about that showed them destroying perfectly good currency post 2018. What was their game? To reduce the note count. The electronic platform is coming and sopping that extra currency up. 6-29-2025 Fnu Lnu The U.N. assessment in August will reveal more detail as to the effects the Israeli / Iranian conflict with Iran threatening all USA military bases in the middle east. If that is true we have a new rate because that's the only reason why there was a dispute. FRANK: The only thing that can settle all of these disputes in your country is the removal of Iran's politicians which has been accomplished. If it's 1 to 1 it's going to stay as a 25,000 note brother. Back in the old days it was oil. Now it's non-oil resources - gas, phosphate, silica, sulfur, gold, uranium, thorium, taxes and tariffs all those things. 6-27-2025 Sandy Ingram Iraq is about to pull off something huge. The World Bank just approved a whopping $930 million loan to overhaul Iraq's railways, a move that could reshape not just the country but the whole region. This isn't just about trains. This is Iraq's shot at becoming the main gateway between the Gulf and Europe. They call it the southern corridor. Some of us may know it as the Development Road Project. Think of it as a super highway for both cargo and people. This puts the country on the make as a key trade link between continents. Lo and behold Sudani is doing his best staying out of trouble. Iraq truly is focusing on the reconstruction of the country and getting their **** together. They are 1/2 way down the list of requirements...There is a meeting scheduled in August to go over what has been completed and what yet needs to be completed. It is an assessment and consultation only. The ascension is not dependent on the revaluation. Once the membership has been reestablished, they will consult on the needed value to facilitate global trade.

If they haven’t set up an account they will not get paid...This action by the govt is hoped to keep more cash in the banks to help with the liquidity issue. It may also flush out the stashes and hoards of cash in the homes that is said to be almost 90% of the issued cash..But remember that you and me also have dinar and our stashes must also come home to roost…lol... 😄 They are going to come for our dinar next.

The limit is $10,000 per transaction per day. Therefore to exchange $100,000 you would need to exchange currency for approximately 10 days. The same holds true when activating transaction over $10,000 at your local bank. Just because another nation is having some serious, serious dialogue doesn't mean that is a hinderance to the progression of what is taking place because it's a lot bigger than two countries. So, this step is FIRST to concentrate on the in-country dinars. Next they are going to come after the out-of-country dinars. I asked my CBI contact- does this also include our dinars, held outside Iraq with investors? First, they issue the new specie (zeros deleted) and require everyone to exchange their three zero notes within a short period of time...say a month. They are not a free country like we are. The government will tell them that after 30 days, their three zero notes will be worthless. [Post 1 of 2] 6-12-2025 Fnu Lnu Currency holders outside the country will then be told the RV has happened and they need to exchange their currency and then that program will start. The rate will be exactly the same. Lets say it is $3.00. The guys with the new currency in the country will have a 25 Dinar note that is worth $75 in USD. The rate outside the country will be $3.00 and the 2500 Dinar note will be exchanged for $75,000.00, USD. The rate is the same inside and outside the country only the value of the currency will differ. The Iraqi will have a windfall especially since that 25,000 dinar note is worth about $26 USD now.
