Good Evening Dinar Vets, here's a few opinions & comments that might be of interest to you. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy *** Article: "Indicators of the dollar war against the Iraqi dinar...The "latent" foreign currency reserve is a good number" I don't know you guys, man they're kind of skirting the edges here on what looks like an announcement of some type of rate change. Now don't quote me to this but they seem to be skirting that border there very carefully...I can understand why people are kind of bouncing around...I don't want to give people false hope. Don't get overly excited...but I do find it very interesting that these so called rumors are being leaked out by parliament. Very very interesting...until there is an official announcement from the central bank just assume all this is just rumors for now...it's exciting... *** Mark *** ...Most of my banking centers have been very, very quiet…especially IRAQ. I cannot get anything from there. I have reached out to many contacts with no response. I am hoping and praying that is a positive thing. The article in Iraq parliament was supposed to be voted on Saturday in a closed session and I cannot find out what happened…They are dead silent in the sandbox. Not much out there today ... Good Afternoon Dinar Vets, here's a few opinions & comments that might be of interest to you. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy ***...the reform papers have been submitted for review. Not implementation. They're telling you they need to review it and then prepare a presentation to give to parliament...so now they have the paperwork. They need to review it before they present it to parliament. I have a strange feeling that this presentation might not happen until after the elections. That has nothing to do with whether or not they're going to do anything about the exchange rate...if they wanted to for whatever reason they can change the exchange rate without the white papers or reform papers being implemented ...their number 1 goal right now is to focus on early elections... *** Jeff ***...Article: "In details ... Al-Kazemi's white paper reaches the Iraqi Parliament" Quote: "a parliamentary source said that the government reform paper had reached the Iraqi parliament for a vote." ...the odds are parliament will not be allowed to start the approval process of the reforms until Sunday the 18th at the earliest. Watch their patterns...the reforms you know for a fact are married to the rate change. *** Frank26 *** [Iraqi citizens]...please go to the banks. I actually thought they were going to tell you this last Thursday. Yeah, to go to the banks. Maybe this week? Maybe next week. But the thing though, Iraqi citizens, you know they are about to call you into the banks. And you know IMO what they are going to show you. You're all excited about it. The monetary reform is at a stage right now where it must succeed with the Iraqi citizens. This is the final step of the monetary reform...citizens they are about to to come into the banks of Iraq. What they are going to do is show you these big blown up picture of the new currency...

RON *** Ray *** The CBI governor and the Finance Minister had a meeting today and agreed to send the White Papers with the economic reforms to Parliament on Tuesday. *** Mnt Goat *** Article: "AL-KAZEMI GOVERNMENT SUCCEEDS IN CONVINCING THE EUROPEAN UNION TO REMOVE IRAQ FROM THE LIST OF HIGH-RISK COUNTRIES IN THE FIELD OF MONEY LAUNDERING" This timing is perfect as they told us mid-October this might be finalized. So, I am told the US is next and may relieve Iraq from OFAC monetary sanctions as a result. Remember it is OFAC Sanctions that is limiting us from exchanging at the banks. Let’s wait and see what happens next.

They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy *** Article: "100 U.S. Dollars is equivalent to 100 Iraqi dinars...Is it possible? An economic expert answers" That would be a 1 for 1 exchange rate...it looks like what she's saying...is they want to improve the value of the currency so that they could do the lop and then turn the exchange to one to one. What does that mean? For every 100,000 dinars would be worth a hundred dinars...lopping off the three zeros is once again the talk of the town...for you newbies that's a very bad situation if they do that. So for every hundred thousand dollars they would reduce it down to a thousand dollars and then give you a one for one exchange. So you would get a 1000 for every 100,000...I don't think they're going to lop the zeros off. I don't think they can afford to.
