FIREFLY: Yes...it's a good point. My bank friend even told me that all this information if for us not to miss out on the monetary reform. MarkZ Article: “Sudanese consultant: Digital Transformation will enhance Iraq’s efficiency and attract foreign investments” They are bringing in billions in international investments. These big investors would not be investing billions of dollars in some backwater country with a useless currency. It wouldn’t be happening.

That means at some point, could be any day, any time, they're going to have to go into the international world.. FRANK: My position has not changed...We feel this will be done this year...The evidence, action, mechanism that is needed for the new exchange rate and the lower notes to be introduced will all occur this year... Mnt Goat ...the dinar is not going to change in value IN THE COUNTRY OF IRAQ as a result of the project to delete the zeros. No one in Iraq is going to get rich off this swap out. So when we exchange, OUTSIDE of Iraq, we exchange our dinar we will get the rate of exchange for our OWN COUNTRY according to the exchange rate. The banks are going to be VERY strict on this.

He's not speaking for the bank. But what he's hearing, he's thinking this is pretty good. Mnt Goat Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani confirmed from New York that the currency sale window will close at the end of this year, while revealing the government’s intention to establish a new bank that adopts the latest technologies. WOW! WOW! We have been waiting for this for decades. Now it Is reality. Finally!! Yada Article: "- The Central Bank of Iraq launched its financial transfers to Turkey in the euro currency." This means the business with Turkey, primarily the pipeline that was halted in March of 23 due to illegal usage is now opening back up with transfers in Euros. Add this to the Iraqis receiving their salaries from Jan 24 to Aug 24, we are in for great celebration with the rate release. IMO

RON MarkZ [via PDK] There is some good stuff out of Iraq today. Article: “Parliamentary conquest reveals an agreement to pass two controversial laws today” this is very important news. This is the personal status law and the Return of real estate to its owners covered by some decisions of the dissolved revolutionary command council law. These are settlements for other things that we were told we would see right before they do the dinar change in value. For me this is huge. To me this shows us how close we are. He was explaining how they are going delete the three zeros and add value...Then this idiot comes on TV and he says to us dropping the zeros will not lead to a value increase. He's just a fool that hates this is happening. That's all Alaq talked about, again saying it's under constant review. FRANK: As far as the guy that comes out and says this is not good, that's it's negative; this is not being sent to you by Sudani. Don't pay attention to them. Only pay attention to your true leader Sudani. Mnt Goat Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani expressed, on Thursday, Iraq’s readiness to enter into a partnership with American companies in the oil industry sector, revealing at the same time his government’s intention to establish a new Iraqi bank. This came during his participation in New York...can the news get any better? Finally the US is engaging Iraq and seriously taking on partnerships, especially in the energy sector. So we know if the US is invested in Iraq something is up.

RON Mnt Goat I am telling you that I know with 1000% certainty we will NOT see the RV until after the Nov 5th voting. In a conversation with my CBI contact on Saturday I was told that if all goes well in the US elections, we can expect to see the preparation gearing to the reinstatement by the start of the project to delete the zeros and the swap out of the larger notes for the smaller denominations. I was told this is now planned to begin shortly after the voting is over and the winners are announced. I was told we might have to wait for the inauguration ceremony to conclude to see the reinstatement occur. Give me security and stability and we will raise the value.

RON Pimpy As you're aware Iraq has some issues with protesters charging the US Embassy. I'm glad it has not escalated. Iraq has been doing a great job about staying out of all these little conflicts. We don't want them to get involved in these conflicts. They need to stay on a straight and narrow. They've been doing a great job of this. Let's hope that continues. This would be good for both the dinar as well as the stocks. MarkZ Article: “Finance Committee: Discussion of 2025 budget tables will begin next month” That is November. Why is that important? The rate. They are still settling out 2024 and 2025; now suddenly they are going to be ready for 2025 and its tables? I believe this tells us we will soon have a rate in order for them to fix those tables.

He says even with the low oil prices we are stable and inflation in our county is low because we have strong reserves and we have non-oil revenues efficient enough now to also contribute...Then he talked again that the oil price drops have nothing to do with a high exchange rate. FRANK: He's trying to reassure you that the American dollar is not coming back in any shape or form into your country...Your currency is the future and its new exchange rate has been a success. That's why you're about to explode with your economic reforms... Mtn Goat Article Quote: “Iraqi banks have the qualifications to switch to the electronic system, noting that “the transformation of the financial sector to the electronic system with credit cards will pave the way for attracting international investments and increasing confidence in the Iraqi economy.” I have to say it is all just about implementing the Electronic Payment and Inclusion of the banks into this new process...the CBI and the Finance Committee...are committed now to complete this effort, and I believe they are way beyond our expectations of just where they currently stand in this effort...In short summary, is this not what we all want to happen so they can pull the trigger on this revaluation and reinstatement.

Every time a commercial comes out...They're saying changing the rate will be a disaster. FRANK: The crooks are Iran/parliament...The only reason they're saying this is because they know very well the rate is about to change. It's no secret. Sudani is preparing the whole Middle East and all his people for the change this year. Militia Man Purchasing power is deserved by this country. They have assets that are phenomenal. The non-oil revenues, gold reserves, foreign reserves, and other sources of income through taxes and tariffs etc is going to be phenomenal. Jeff Supplemental budget...that's all we're waiting on. Right now the actual budget for operating expenses is done. It will need to be amended though because it doesn't have the supplementary portion of it to fund the 5-year development plan and reforms...

Frank26 [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report] FIREFLY: Sudani comes out and he mentions that we are in the completion phase of the HCL. We know the HCL needs a rate. Sudani said the payments would be through the electronic cards, not cash. We think that's because cash would give us 1310 but through the cards we think it's going to be with a new rate. FRANK: I do not know this for a fact but I agree with you totally that your cards they are based on a new exchange rate. It makes no sense for them to be based on a restricted program rate... MarkZ What have we gotten this week? We have movement in the HCL, salaries are suddenly being agreed on, which imo - they could not agree on without knowing the new rates, we have them telling us the money laundering issue with Iran are taken care of, and the comment about 10 days ago from Sudani that they plan on lifting the value of the dinar during his term which is in the next couple of months. So buckle up and try not to lose faith.

RON Militia Man I believe the Iraqi dinar is going to change value...and the citizens believe that too. I believe Sudani has literally spoken those words...the dinar, it's going to be stronger than the dollar. He said those things on a couple of occasions. MarkZ Question: Do you believe the new lower denominations have already been printed in Iraq? Mark: Yes I do. We have seen the contracts years ago and the paid receipts from the government of Iraq with DeLaRue to print them. Many contacts in Iraq have seen the cut sheets (samples of LD’s) in banks. Fnu Lnu I do not buy this "Education Program" nor do I buy the "Adjusting of the Parallel Market". The education is taking too long to be effective and it isn't government's job to adjust black markets. These are stall tactics while they placate the masses. But why?... RON Pimpy I'm not saying they're going to devalue the currency right now. What I am saying is if they stay below $70 per barrel of oil for the medium term, you can see them devalue the currency. I don't think it's going to happen anytime this year because the year is almost over. I'd be a little nervous going into 2025. Petra They were expecting Iraq to be IMF Article VIII compliant or at least having agreed to the obligations that requires. One of those requirements is having all restrictions lifted, which comes to Article XIV. They've been using a lot of pieces of Article VIII to get to where they are now. But they've never accepted the article, which is very simple. It's basically a document that Alaq and Sudani agree to. They sign it and send it to the IMF accepting all portions of Articles VIII. Militia Man The IMF Article IV 2024 consultation, one of the most important things was for [Iraq] to accelerate accession to the WTO. They're showing the citizens going to banks and ATMs getting money out. They are showing us how to do this. This informational stage we are in is like Mr. Sammy [Bank friend] said, it will last for the rest of the year. FRANK: The commercials are now starting because Alaq has returned.

FRANK: That's right. They can't steal the money through that method anymore. This is fantastic. The American dollar and the dinar are now being protected from those that were stealing it, from Iran. Because that was the US Treasury's #1 requirement. We called it security and stability and so did Dr. Shabibi.

RON Mnt Goat Iraq told us all about how they fully intend to get back the “glory days of dinar” and so...Yes, simply put, they are doing it... at this point the pieces are all aligning so nicely...it’s all about implementing the Financial Reforms and then comes the Project to Delete the Zeros followed by the Reinstatement. You can’t do one without the other... it certainly “is not all done”... the path to the reinstatement is crystal clear... you can see the writing is on the wall. I don’t say this lightly either. We are just about there... MarkZ Comment: 13 banks over there are set up for foreign currency exchanges. Saw an article on that a few days ago. Mark: Suddenly they are operating as if they were already in the WTO. And yes… 13 of their banks can now take international exchanges. It’s curious and I think tells us how close we are.

Commercial currencies with the Iraqi dinar. They're not going to do that at 1310. When things change everybody's going to be ready to do business with Iraq.

Quote: "Delegation in New York announces the start of the new phase of external transfers, facilitating international transfers" If Iraq is going to be dealing with the Euro, the Chinese Yuan, Indian Rupee, the UAE Durham they're probably going to have to have Article VIII compliant currency that's acceptable globally, traded on the Forex. This is big. Why do they come out on a Friday? 🙏
