I stand corrected, too many zeros. I edited my post. Delta, At min 29.22 sec, Abadi states that 5 billion IQD equals 440 million USD. That does not seem correct. 440,000,000 million USD X 1,166 = 521,839,978,000.00. Too many zeros. The .088 cents seems too low to dedollarize Iraq.
