CNN. Broadcasting The Translation For Frank's Abbreviation For MR - Monetary Reset ! Greetings KTFA FAMILY......... For two years I never gave up the hopes that one day you Family would be allowed to see that Dr. Shabibi ......while replaced at the CBI.... was still the primary team leader of the MR. The month of March proved that he was still the starting quarterback of his team. Last month we showed you two implications within Iraq's banking structure that originated with Shabibi years ago. Our CC last night told you about some huge machines at the CBI.....and you are reading the articles today from the CBI. But.......the article did not tell you the purpose of these machines that CBI placed a tender for last year. ~~~ Today an article comes out .......once again handicapped with information. Your CC last night defined their purpose and removed any handicapping the article wanted to convey. With that in mind.......DELTA once again found on the CBI Arabic website today more information than what they gave you through articles. An article came out saying that the CBI will start to sell gold to the citizens. But what they are not telling you is that this was one of Dr. Shabibi's goals just before the lifting of the 000's. IOO ......this is another incremental step to complete the MR. Selling gold to the citizens through the CBI.....such a simple concept.....but the purpose is powerful. When you look at your notes from three weeks ago you will see us sharing with you that Iraq opened an international trade office in Houston, Texas. Today the CBI website in Arabic only has announced that this same office will be opening in Basra to ACTIVATE trade with the USA. This is international trade for the Trade Agreement and TISA Agreement. Seriously.........this is a giant step for the MR. Not an incremental step. Because......the WTO has used every cleaning product on the market in a futile attempt to remove from their faces ........A Big Smile. In a comical sense......we may start calling the 2014 budget an inchworm. Why? Because it moves inch by inch as pushed by its caterpillar that so desperately wants to become a beautiful butterfly. Who's the ugly caterpillar? IOO.......the GOI. As we told you on Monday's CC .........M does not know the date of the MR. So he does not know how to use it for election campaigns......pre or post. The GOI also has no idea of the date but they keep the 2014 budget in its cocoon. Carefully looking over the horizon constantly for any signs of a date.......and if there are......they release articles claiming that they are about to finalize the budget. For example.......a week ago they said the following day on Thursday they would finish the budget. The following day......they said they did not have enough of a quorum so they postponed it until this past Sunday. This past Sunday they said sorry but we will get it done on Tuesday. That was yesterday.......and today they tell us ......how about tomorrow Thursday.....we will get it done. KTFA Family......the GOI approximates the agenda for the budget without the knowledge of the MR date that only belongs to the CBI. Take comfort that as you are frustrated in waiting......so is the 2014 budget and a plethora of other items being inched along daily.
