Usually on Tuesday we have a segment on “Hawaiian Tours” – and they after, we have a little “dinar” dessert. Tonight … sorry … no Hawaiian Tours … we have too much dessert tonight! See this? (Frank held up 14 points to cover). As you know … TopShelf really surprised us last night with some news about the spreadsheets. Please give us more information about the spreadsheets updates (from the CBI’s website). TOPSHELF – please give me a few minutes … I need to pull up some more info on my computer and I’ll jump back in later. Ok? FRANK – Ok … I’ll start then. Let’s talk. #1 – Lots of articles came out today. WalkingStick started posted around 4am … and others like GearHead (our newshounds) came in to contribute. BlueDog, etc. I want to thank you. Many of these articles … not a single article used the word TRILLION. (Oh … wait a minute … maybe 2 articles did) … but there is a new atmosphere in Iraq in how they talk … they don’t seem to talk about dinars in “TRILLIONS” … they use the USD with the American $$$ sign … to tell you how many BILLIONS they have. That is a change in attitude and posture! #2 – Its good see that the GOI is going to the annual meeting for Arab Financial Institutions in Kuwait! (Banks, lending agencies, brokers, etc). On top of that … do you know who else is there? The CBI!!! These are very profound things. It is the MR process! So here’s Iraq … going to attend an International Meeting … and their rate is still 1166? Who will care? (LOL) Check this out … Parliament and the CBI are talking about the banking acts and the creation of money transfer companies? Can I say … TA DA!!! Remember … the very top of the CBI and GOI meet every day at 5AM to discuss the MR. ARTICLE: Parliament discussing banking acts. Humm … the same things they talked about in Kuwait? #3 - Parliament Financial Committee is hosting the CBI governor and his senior staff. Of course they are … at 5am We told you that today. Who are they talking about? GOICBI … and TODAY the articles finally tell you … Dr. Shabibi is the Governor of the CBI!!! KTFA’s been saying that for a long time! #4 – It says that the GOI is currently consulting with several international banks to set up Treasure Bills. (5 Billion worth). That’s all? Huh … well … unless they do something about the 1166 rate … [it will be a joke]. #5 – This is “Blue Couch” moment … for those of you “old-timers” … remember when I would say to you … “I need to talk to you … but we need to go sit on my BLUE COUCH.” Whenever you sit on My BLUE COUCH it represents a dream that I’m having It’s not real. (wink, wink) I had to tell FrostyTheSnowman to come sit on my BLUE COUCH because IF I could tell you that Hillarious bought “X” amount of dinars … I would tell you … but I can’t remember. And IF I told you that I knew someone who sold them to her … well … I would tell you … but we’re sitting on my BLUE COUCH. Dreams on the BLUE COUCH are really fragmented. It’s just a dream. (See POST #176 from yesterday’s thread). So where will she get the money? Also … see post 171 … Mass graves found in Iraq. Very sad. Unfortunately … you’ll learn about more. ISIS committed a lot of mass murders … 1,700 … 1,500 people. #6 – The GOI [insert] the Oil and Gas Law in the next session in parliament. I think what they meant to say was this family … (based on our conference call last night) … “The GOI inserts the Oil & Gas Law HCL in the next few days!” LOL!!! Yeah! The HCL was approved … and passed … iTeam told us they witnessed it back in January/February. The HCL … why do you think the citizens are becoming impatient? They know what it’s going to do for them. They will have more purchasing power … retirement benefits … salaries … a portion of the land that pays them … so many factors to help them … they will finally see money coming! In a couple of weeks … a lot of activity in Iraq! #7 – Parliament Finances. Article … The CBI will take new measures regarding money laundering. The governor of the CBI … the guy who’s making all the decisions … (how many times did you read on other forums that Frank26 is nuts because he thinks the Gov. of the CBI is Shabibi.” Well … guess what IT IS SHABIBI!!! The money laundering is something they left till the end. ~~~
