Please accept my apology, I will never do that again. I messed up big time. Because of the activities, we really thought that we would see the budget in February. Once again I said we would not see it on Monday, it would be Tuesday, but if we do not see it, I will not do that again. We will continue to go on time frames. 3-5-2013 Intel Guru Frank26 There is progress. This Iraqi dinar is going to go up in value and we are constantly proving it to you and showing it to you. Are we going to see it tomorrow [Tuesday]? I feel really good about it. And, if we don't, we will hear the same garbage...we just didn't have enough people show up or we are debating this & that & will do it next week. We don't care about the budget, we want the rate that goes in the 2013 budget. In my opinion, they have passed the budget and they are debating the rate. Do you think the HCL is done and in the budget? Yes I do. Everything is perfect. They are still waiting for the approval of the rate.
