As we approach the 27th and EVERYBODY starts acting CRAZY, as if they ACTUALLY had some kind of super-secret information. . .it reminds me of how people USED to hang on EVERY WORD (regardless of how poorly written) that okie would barff-out to the public.
FINALLY people realised that okie (with his Jed Clampet vocabulary) and 3rd Grade spelling ability, was as full of CARP as the POOP TRUCKS in Dubai (Check that out on Google, by the way).
Now a 70's hippie retread is trying to tell us he actually KNOWS something, when all he is doing is playing on all the NOISE associated with the POSSIBILITY of UN Chapter 7 (That's CORRECT, Frank. . .it is CHAPTER 7 and NOT "CHARTER" 7!) being lifted??

So, when an Iraqi individual or group says, "in coming days," it means when they get "A ROUND TUIT."
Round tuits are VERY rare these days and almost NEVER found in the Middle East. Used to be they were scarce in Hispanic cultures as well but the drug cartels have made them slightly more abundant now that Eric Holder and the boys have sold them such a huge number of heavy caliber automatic weapons (oops. . .I mean we don't know WHAT could have happened to them! They were there just a MINUTE ago!) while at the SAME time trying to take even SEMI-automatic self-defense weapons AWAY from those of us who are law-abiding American Citizens.
But even though round tuits are almost NON-EXISTANT in Iraq, perhaps we could buy just a FEW of them with the mysteriously missing three BILLION dollars in currency that just magically DISAPPEARED from the USAF Cargo planes that brought the 10 plastic-wrapped pallets of 100-dollar bills into Iraq 2 years ago.
OH YEA, I forgot. . .we don't TALK about EITHER ONE of these two things anymore, DO we?
Anyway. . .the phrase "IN THE COMING DAYS" is the same as Mr. Obama getting a Round Tuit.

Luigi1, you have said what is very probably the most accurate thing posted on this blog in 3 years. The currency auctions continue at an UNPRECIDENTED pace and all the 20+ International banks which are literally DUMPING their worthless Dinars to give them BACK to Iraq as fast as Iraq can come up with dollars. FORTUNATELY for those banks, they are getting 0ne US Dollars for every 1166 dinars. The current STREET BANK value for the dinars is even far less than 1166.
With all the garbage strewn upon us and repeatedly posted here by supposed Guru's who have OBVIOUSLY been getting their garbage from the grocery store tabloids (excuse me, I mean their highly placed contacts), it is little wonder okie and Frank and the boys have kind of "DISAPPEARED."

The disgusting OUTPOURING of trash Dinars in the Bank Auctions continues to go on UNABAITED and at the highest levels of "DUMP" in recent history.
When, as and IF this constant dumping by 19-25 International Banks to DUMP their supply of dinars at GARBAGE/toilet paper rates EVER starts to diminish, THEN there may be SOME reason to start looking for a change in value of the Dinar.
Until then . . .FAT CHANCE!

I absolutely LOVE IT! rulesforrebels has done a great service for us all. He has used the SAME exact line of thinking and logic and proof that Okie and all the others have used for their repeated grossly wrong, exaggerated, made-up and idiotic proclamations. His "RUMOR" is equally or even MORE valid than any that have yet been reproduced on this blog.
Furthermore, he doesn't waste time. He just "puts-it-out-there."

Must be HARD for the people to WATCH much TV in Bagdad, however. Last week when my next-door neighbor was there, there were not enough portable generators or snakes-nests of hastily strewn wires across all the streets to provide the pitifully small amount of privatly operated-generators for electricity to all the TV's. No electricity to pump any WATER, dispose of any sewage or garbage, so BOTTLED WATER is still what they live on. YUP. . .a REAL up-and-coming paradise of wealthy and prosperity, Iraq. My neighbor said a REAL up-and-coming business is being had by people with small generators who SELL power to others at OUTRAGEOUS prices (in DOLLARS or EUROS since the Dinar street value has dropped to it's LOWEST value in YEARS).The country is doing SO WELL that IED's, car bombs and assinations are down to just a couple hundred people killed or injured each day, They're making GREAT progress. Corruption and Parliment abandoning their jobs 5 months out of the year. . . .the PERFECT vacation and investment location, RIGHT?
And don't FORGET. . . .We're CLOSER TODAY THAN EVER!

The currency auctions continue at an UNPRECIDENTED rate with banks DUMPING their stocks of dinars as QUICKLY as possible.
The avalanche of increased bombings and the ever-growing numbers of people killed in Iraq is showing EVERYBODY that there is NOTHING stable about the government! Another paid VACATION for their government SURELY is going to fix things. . .RIGHT?
The US has EXTENDED the "protection" of Iraqi assests held in 50 other countries so that Iraq doesn't HAVE to accept financial responsibility to those they owe BILLIONS! So why on earth would they WANT to revalue their currency UPWARDS when they don't HAVE to? For 3 years the guru's have told us that Iraq can't fulfill their budget unless they revalue. But guess what??? They've done it EVERY YEAR SO FAR!
We watch and listen to guru's and post their garbage, those who make things up as they go, and IGNORE the FACTS of what is HAPPENING. The street value of the dinar is slipping EVERY DAY even below the already dismal 1166 per dollar. Currency auctions show world banks CAN'T WAIT to dump their collection of dinars even at only1166 to the dollar, just to get SOMETHING!
How many of those currently SELLING you dinars are willing to BUY yours back?
Are a dozen international banks stupid and only OKIE knows what's going on? An oil field hand with a 3rd grade vocabulary claiming a "GAG" order from his friends in the Keystone Cops?

Okie may be a Vet. Being crazy as a March hare is no sure guarantee that he isn't one. But I don't recall any F-4 guys who jumped out in Cambodia from Phu Cat, Cam Rahn or DaNang being picked-up by Brits. Don't know about the Recce guys from Saigon. The RF-4's were a lot unto themselves. I absolutely don't think any of the Thailand-based F-4 units from Ubon or Udorn (maybe later after the fall of Saigon POSSIBLY from Korat) had anyone go down in Cambodia who were picked-up by Brits. One guy DID jump out and land in the Ton Le Sap and had to swim to avoid the Crocks, but most of the Cambodia activity by F-4 blue suiters was LATE in the war ('72-'73). '67, '68 and '69 F-4's worked In-Country, and Laos from Tchepone to Vientiene Linebacker-I and Linebacker-II was all up north. Those of us who did more than ONE tour in F-4's have pretty good recollection of the Southeast Asia Wargames.
But the war was a long one and lots of Phantoms from the F-4C, the F-4D to the F-4E in the Air Force went down either in-country or in Laos, Thailand, North Vietnam. . .and even a FEW in Cambodia. The F-111 out of Takhli lost only one in Cambodia, but Okie never flew the F-111 (He wouldn't know HOW because It had more than one moving part and required higher than a 3rd grade vocabulary). But if Okie DID go down in Cambodia, he likely did NOT get picked-up by Brits! Clearly what he did instead was to BS his way out, and the VC and N. Viets were probably GLAD to see him leave.
But as good 'ol Okie would say. . ."We're CLOSER today than we have EVER been!"

just got a call from a patient of mine who lives in Saudi Arabia and is in the banking sector. (most of the family is in similar industry-banking/finances, etc) about 5 minutes ago.
'I am sorry to say, Dr _____, but no one is reporting anything new or special about the Iraqi dinar. The political and social unrest in Iraq, Syria and Iran are such that this currency is considered similar to gambling......"

According to FAA records, THOUSANDS of planes landed last night on the "LEFT COAST." Other thousands landed on the RIGHT coast and even MORE thousands landed BETWEEN the coasts.
What utter garbage and complete NONSENSE!
Newbies had best not get their panties in a hopeful twist because some (or even a LOT) of these consistantly WRONG Guru's make cryptic suggestions about "AIRPLANES LANDING ON LEFT COASTS.". The daily currency auctions by the Central Bank of Iraq show that they continue at a BRISK pace buying back dinars at the dismal and consistant rate of 1166 to the dollar.
When this changes, and if you are on Adam Montana's contact list, you will know the event has FINALLY happened. Until then, listening to the likes of Okie and Frank (let-me-sing-to-you) Villa will just be a futile exercise in entertaining BABBLE and made-up garbage.

Look. . .its really very SIMPLE. Just give all your dinars to Wife-in-the-know so she can turn it in since she has already "collected" three weeks ago in her Tier-2 turn-in. Then send a contribution so Okie can have treatment for his ongoing and ever-worsening case of dementia. Nuff said?

A far better view of what is ABOUT to happen with the dinar is to observe the stability versus a radical change of the on-going, "business-as-usual" activity of the CBI currency auctions.
Thru yesterday the sales have been just as brisk (or more so) than anytime during the past 2 years, and this absolutely would NOT be the case if a major upheaval by the CBI was imminent concerning the value of the dinar.
In other words, it really doesn't matter if the dinar goes up or down by the fraction of a few cents.
