I see that Tiapan is right there are four other countries with as much if not more $$$ in circulation and three of them are around .0001 the other is Japan and it had some odd 72 trillian out and is worth .01 usd ..........Lets face it Japan is and has been a super power for years. Tiapan, I have taken into consideration your calculations and have a question. Do you think that there is any correlation between the amount of kuwait dinar in circulation and its current value, and if so...... I have (from your link which is very good) figured that there is about 5 times the amount of NID in circ. than the amount of KD in circ so if you take just that alone(not considering resource diff)$3.50/5 you come up with .70 usd ...do you think that this may be a plausable rate? It is good to see CNBC starting to reconize the Iraqi Dinar. I do think that the road ahead may still be long, but just seeing it (anything about it) on the news rather than forums and dealer sites is very refreshing and encouraging. IMO we are still aways from "RV" and alot of things can still happen, but things are starting to stir and momentum is gaining. Be prepared for a realistic rv of around .10 and a gradual incline from there. It may not be the cash cow that we are all hoping for, but we will make money on this thing some day. Some who invested real early have already seen it go up(their investment) 20-23% from 1500-1170. It has been at 1170 for almost a year, however that does show stability. I am hoping for the best and have been putting in some major homework time on this one.......this is JMO Have a good one. pbraly

Go to the US Treasury Dept. and look at their list of (money) scams. The dinar is sarting to show up on CNBC, they are talking about it, most negative thing said is that it is a risky investment. If it were a scam that would be the headline not, Is it a good investment or not. JMO
