  1. I'm thinking maybe I need to call them. I haven't had any trouble for the past 8 years. I've been trying to have password reset since mid-July.
  2. I have emailed requests for password reset 4 times as of today August 26, 2019. I have had an account with them since March of 2010 and every year I have to do the same. I use gmail Mailtrack and I know the messages have been opened by Mohammad K. ISSA ifrd@warka-bank-iq.com This has been the message format that I have always used and it seems to work. I also attach a printed, signed, and scanned document to the email. I hope this helps other members. "I, YOUR NAME, am requesting access to online banking for my accounts at Warka Investment Bank.
