I have emailed requests for password reset 4 times as of today August 26, 2019. I have had an account with them since March of 2010 and every year I have to do the same.
I use gmail Mailtrack and I know the messages have been opened by Mohammad K. ISSA ifrd@warka-bank-iq.com
This has been the message format that I have always used and it seems to work.
I also attach a printed, signed, and scanned document to the email.
