    The GOI is complete...the proxies are gonna be replaced but the GOI is conplete...we should all focus now on the CBI more announcement before they give out the lower denoms

    Now we have the CBI announcing the 21 projects...the CBI is going to explain these 21 (I should call them monetary reform projects) to the citizens this week...just before lower categories are released...let me see if iam right again...haha

    At this point, GOI is finally complete...now let's wait on the CBI to distribute those lower denoms starting Monday onward.I expect a rate change thereafter ( Which ever comes first)...cheers
