  1. The HCL is the "Hydro Carbon Law" which enables all Iraqi Citizens to be included in the central Bagdad SUMO Oil Profits like Kuwait does. Iraqi Citizens currently only receive free unleaded processed gasoline when available at designated government locations.

The Foreign Affairs Department in the Kurdistan Regional Government, announced on Thursday, the agreement with the Iraqi Foreign Minister that the region to participate in the Iraqi foreign delegations in international conferences and meetings.
In a statement issued to Shafaq News, Foreign Minister Mohammed Ali al-Hakim and the department's official, Sven Dzayyi, discussed the future plans of conferences, meetings, events and international activities and participated in them with unified delegations including both sides, contrary to what was going on with the unilateral participation of both sides in previous years.
The statement pointed out that in order to increase the level of relations between the Kurdistan Region and the federal government with the international community within the framework of the Iraqi constitution, pointing out that from now on, the Department of Foreign Relations with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will participate in international conferences and meetings as an official delegation.

I wonder if these two are going group up and hang out at Davos and International Conferences now like G-5, G-20 (whatever the hell the are) like Abadi was doing lol anyone remember that?

Hello cranman, and thank you. I read a couple of dinar sites daily and I really believe most of them are not truthful. I question the "gurus" who say their contacts told them this or that. I know some people have actual contacts, it is just frustrating when I cannot verify any information. Thanks again for your commentary.

Throw out everything you ever learned from so called gurus.

First, we talk about Iraqi Dinar, everything else has no merit until you prove me other wise. Iraqi is that unique to us all.

And second, do not be afraid to ask a question in the right place, under an article or in the proper forum  RV & Dinar Questions.

And third, if you ever share anything make sure it is from a credible news organization with a link and none of that garbage about Tier Banks, NDA's, 1-800 #'s and humanitarian projects unless in the garbage Rumor Section please.

I was looking for certain things back then and knew it would take a long time too, even though I really can not check it off the list just yet, it is looking really good, in the right direction.

They are fighting corruption, country is secure as they can be, , and they seem to be reconciling now. The investment is setup to come to the country and the banking system is just waiting in place I believe. They are not of the woods just yet, I am still very cautious and ready for a nothing burger anytime still. Btw Chuck, good seeing you, it has been awhile since I said hello, hello my friend.

Yep, IF the info I’ve gathered over the years is correct, the CBI (and imo the IMF) will pull the trigger on the RV so why a “subcommittee in the Parliament”? If they are just now forming a “subcommittee” and IF they are going to influence the decision, I don’t plan on being rich for a lot longer down the road. 🙁

Exactly, the committee makes no sense at all, I totally agree!  CBI is going to do what it is going to do. Unless they are letting cat out the bag.
