    ISIS didn't just waltz in that day. They had been setting up the takeover for quite sometime...at least a year.

     

    How did they do it? Blackmail, Threats, Bribery...all the typical methods of operations. Maliki knew this was happening and remember his last trip to DC?. He asked for the delivery of his jet fighters and helicopters and Obama said "No"....he left pizzed off that day, a day earlier than scheduled, skipped his UN meetings. He knew then that he was no longer the US's chosen puppet...he knew then that Obama was going to take him out of control.

     

    Now fast forward...US would not "help" Iraq until Maliki was taken out of power...coincidence? I think not.

     

    PS. Remember too...ISIS had taken over Faluja and that other city with a dam about a year before Mosul. (2013). Also the terrorist bombings were killing about 1000 people a month for that proceeding year. (June 2013/June 2014) This was a setup IMHO.

    heres my 2 cents Maliki was part of the powerful Baathist party when saddam reigned and as we all know their presence is still there lurking in the shadows. One of saddam's former Top generals was recently killed that held alot of power behind the scenes which i believe is tied to ISIS. Its in my opinion that Maliki is a CIA operative as well  was Saddam Hussein that was documented for the U.S ,Yes we install puppets and when its their time to go they either cooperate with the PTB or they go out the hard way which is DEATH! Now if memory serves me right if they would kill Saddam Hussein why NOT Maliki.  Saddam was much moe vauable than Maliki was at loo what his fate was. If I was Maliki id be very weary right about now and be sleeping with one eye open.

    ooo, I could have drafted some serious questions.  Not just on mosul, but ashraft,  imports, oil theft, arms with Russia, slaughtering of protestors, prison murders, Hashemi body guards, Issawi's and Shabibi removals and it goes on.  So if they just want to take on mosul that's enough to hang him and stop wasting time and money.
