Lets say iraq owed $10 million dollars to Iran for electricity imports.

$10,000,000  X 1190 IQD rate = 11.9 Billion IQD they have to pay to Iran.

Then the dinar RV $1:1 

Iran will get $11.9 billion dollars instead of $10,000,000

 

After RV scenario:

RV $1:1

Lets say iraq owed $10 million dollars to Iran for electricity imports 

Iran will get 10,000,000 IQD = $10,000,000

 

It will make no difference after $1:1 RV
