Looks like another out of work attorney is trying to gather some new customers with scare tactics made famous with the present administration. He presents no facts that apply to our copyrighted trust, just innuendos. SHAME ON HIM. His listed #11 REFERS TO “the Restatement of Trusts III”. His material is correct if a person is trying to REINSTATE A TRUST. Are you reinstating a trust? Has your trust expired and are you reinstating it? If so, he has the rules for that. If you want, I can send them to you as well. It amazes me that he is trying to get hired by someone to investigate a subject he has little apparent knowledge of. OH WELL.
