A year ago, I opened an IQD account with Warka and transferred a large sum into it. Two months ago, my home and personal belongings burned down in the Colorado wild fires. I am now in need of funds from my IQD account -- an investment that i intended to hold until the RV. Because we are still waiting for the CBI to allow for transfers out of the bank, I am unable to reach these much needed funds. Does anyone know of a way for me to transfer the funds from my IQD account, to another IQD account within Warka -- and you would benefit from a year of accruing interest -- which is 14% now. I would only charge for the original deposit.
