Arabs explained, in a televised interview affiliated with the National News Center, that “MPs and parliamentary blocs are trying to cancel the role of the Finance Committee in the budget file,” indicating that “the reason for canceling the vote session on the budget is the filler that MPs imposed on it in the last hours.”

And he added, "Deputies intend to sit in parliament until the budget is approved."

Arab, who is the vice-chairman of the Labor and Social Affairs Committee, added that “the demands for approval of the budget are constantly changing,” indicating that “a bloc submitted and those with them demanded the inclusion of the compensation file for the absentees, and this is their main demand. At the same time, others demanded job grades, and some of them demanded projects. Strategy in their provinces ”.

Last Sunday, the House of Representatives failed to obtain agreements that would lead to the passage of the 2021 Budget Law.
In a separate context, Arabs said, "Throughout the year, no more than 170 deputies attend, and some deputies for three years have not attended."

As he talked about "a deputy we have not seen," adding in the vernacular, "On my honor, I don't know his name."

Lock all the doors....lock the bathrooms......lock the doors to the cafeterias......Post armed guards at every exit in Parliament.  If they try to leave, stick that rifle in their sphincter tube and pull the trigger.  It wouldn't take long for them to get the message.   I am so sick of this nonsense I could scream.

Finance Minister Ali Allawi revealed that Iraq is in talks with the International Monetary Fund to obtain a loan of 6 billion dollars to support system" rel="">support its faltering economy, indicating that the government is determined to issue treasury bonds worth 5 billion dollars.
Allawi said in an interview with the American "Bloomberg" website, that once the House of Representatives approves the budget and the spending plan, Iraq can apply for two billion dollars in the form of rapid financing from a special mechanism launched by the International Monetary Fund to help economies suffering from the Covid 19 crisis.
He added that Baghdad could request an additional $ 4 billion in low-cost loans through another program linked to government reforms, and while the IMF loans would not cover a small portion of the deficit, they might reduce Iraq's depletion of its foreign reserves.
Iraq also plans to rely on other financing tools to help bridge the gap, with Allawi saying that once the budget is approved, the government will also move to issue domestic bonds worth $ 5 billion.
As for the issuance of international bonds, the Minister of Finance said: "International loans are somewhat expensive. I do not know if there is a desire to buy Iraqi bonds. Returning to these markets now is a bit difficult."
Allawi indicated that Iraq will respect the quota set for oil production within the OPEC + alliance because it helps reduce the risk of a price collapse.
He praised Saudi Arabia's sudden production cut by one million barrels this month, which helped oil prices rise.
Allawi said that Iraq's budget deficit may shrink by 25% this year if oil prices remain around their current levels of $ 55 a barrel.

I think all of these reports are coming from people using Microsoft Edge.

What operating system are you using? XP, 10, ?

Windows 10.  I just changed to Google and did not have a problem at all getting on the site.  So it must be something about Edge.
