Kap actually did another chat where he showed a IMF document that the dinar free floated back under Saddam. May be very telling information.

I do not think the CBI is announcing a "pending RV" Most banks in the middle east already know the dinar will float, the Arab Monetary Fund told them. They are simply saying that soon they will put value to the dinar or market driven. Looking at documents on floats, banks make a lot of money.

This is old news, Kap and his team said 6-8 months ago that the CBI was going to free float the dinar. And each and everyone one of you thought he was off his rocker. In fact, he is correct. So how many of you will now give my friend credit? I bet very few. lol

Until they can get the market value to pass the official CBI rate, a free float will not work.......
Even if they tried it, thinking it woukd be better in the long run, initially the.value would depreciate.....where is the confidence going to come from or the demand if your sitting there watching the value drop further? I dont know about any of you, but that would hurt my confidence in it.....and i would be rushing to exchange my dinar for USD if i lived there.....
Apparently, you know more than the experts that have been planning and preparing for Iraq to do a float? lmbo

Economic expert called peace Quraishi, the need to apply the project to delete the three zeroes from the currency because it hurt to serve the citizen and the national currency by reducing the monetary blocs with large groups in the local market.
Quraishi said (of the Agency news): The implementation of the project for restructuring the Iraqi currency after deleting the three zeroes which is necessary for it would serve the citizen and the national economy, considering that groups large will turn into a thousand small unit, which will facilitate transactions in the market and accounts for government departments.
He added: the government must support the national project because it will contribute to strengthening the power of the Iraqi dinar and the national economy, stressing the importance of expediting its implementation during the current year.
This central bank is preparing for the implementation of the project to delete the three zeroes from the national currency after the completion of all procedures related to the project, but so far no date has been set for its application due to calls from some officials to postpone it.
The Council called for the prime minister the central bank to wait to draft deleted three zeros from the local currency, saying he was a big project and it needs enough time to apply.

Before they get in the WTO they need to raise the dinar to be more in line with the dollar. That is a fact and was stated numerous times back in 2010 I think. Do a search for older WTO articles and you will find those statements.
