Yes.. as I have learned today China seems to be where she was aiming with that statement.. As for the IQD being a secrect, I never once said it was a secret.. I simply said that in MY OPINION they "the banks, Fed Resv, ect.." could be attempting to control a massive influx of buyers by controling the availibility of the currency. And when you look at the National and world population I would say that it pretty much is still on the downlow despite the multiple Forums and Dinar Traders out there. I mean if this was to hit the mainstream media about a possible RV for the IQD what do you think would happen? Millions would flock to banks to attempt to exchange.. When you Take away that option and keep info sealed.. your left with us Wishfull, hopeful Speculators willing to gamble on the past... THATS IT

I have been intrested in asking my bank about it as well.. I bank with a few different banks BoA being one of them.. Sounds like typical BoA employees.... On Bloomber.Com I found an article about the speech and I found the last couple Paragraphs rather intresting.. This is a direct copy and paste from the article which I will supply the link to... "Emerging economies have a part to play too, Lagarde said, adding that some “key” nations are curbing domestic demand and preventing their currencies from strengthening. Such steps prevent emerging markets from making a bigger contribution to global growth."
