Why in the world would the transport minister be negotiating this? Maliki is a freak.
I'm guessing transport = airlines. Just a guess. Besides, Maliki is somewhat busy trying to save his @** and may not be there long enough to follow through on the Kuwait deal wrapping up. Just a thought.

Come on folks....it's an anthorized message from "BLAINO" and it's in ALL CAPS. So it must be true, right?? Isn't BLAINO the guy on late night info-mercials selling the amazing something-or-other? Listening to Frank26 CC this morning, Delta mentioned Shabs is headed to an IMF (?) meeting somewhere on the 19th and 20th. Prior to that, I think he's been hanging out with his peeps at the camel races. He likes to bet on one named 'Maliki's PIA'.

Thumbs up on the donation to a truely worthy cause. After witnessing first hand the dedication of our forces (as a contractor) back in 2010, I have a renewed appreciation for all their work and sacrifice. Well deserved recognition.
