Thanks Thug. Awesome confirmation that the 'white papers' do not need to be approved by the parliament, just discussed amongst them. Otherwise they might be stalled while those inept idiots cover their butts before the new elections. And they may never see the light of day. Kazami and new CBI guy are rocking it.
