It's just the fluctuation in the US dollar, good question. CBI is the most accurate when it comes to an RV unless you happen to see XE and it says the IQD is for example 0.279 or something like that to 1USD If it drops super low we know something good is happening but we should also see it on CBI. Anyway, hope this helps.

I want to add my voice to what pleasantvalleySunday had to say. The moderators are fully committed to and actively working on dealing with this situation and others like it.
But we are only here to support you, the DV family. Please let us know when things are getting out of hand so we can decide how to deal with it. Sometimes our choice of action is to let things progress through their natural course. That may have not been the best way to address this situation, but hindsight is 20/20. We have the best of intentions, but are only human.

It's hard to keep up with things though when you have people out there that openly do things like create more users just to mess with people and "see if you can find me" type of game. I personally think creeps like this should have their IP addresses blocked because they're just playing mind games and causing more work for the mods. Besides this type of person is taking away from what we are here for, to learn and share.

Well said tj, I don't want BanG to go. He needs to know he's more appreciated here than any of these jerks that talk down to everyone and try to cause problems. He has to see that he can't leave because then they win. Like I've been saying forever "don't feed the trolls" and that's what some of these people are TROLLS. They're coming on to try and start things and if and when they get banned or figured out they just create a new user and start again.

I think this is only saying that all of the new restrictions and requirements they have put on banks will not be set in stone until 2013. Nothing about the RV from what I understand but I could be missing something, I hope not though.

ain't gonna happen... unless you see a candidate submitted by allawi or the iraqi list or iraqiya it is nonsense. allawi has already stated a million times that they will NEVER vote for the national coalition's candidate, whoever it is. this is maliki's party and just another feeble attempt by him to try and get his guy into this office. this has been the problem all along. until you see a candidate that has allawi's stamp on him don't even waste your time getting happy. it's just more smoke by maliki...

Shaker book denies knowledge of the structure of his candidacy for the Iraqi Ministry of Defense
Palm – a coalition spokesman denied the Iraqi Shaker book, knowing that there intention by the coalition to name a candidate for the ministry of defense, pointing out that the members of the coalition of state law have expressed their willingness to support his candidacy for the job, if so decided by the Iraqi official.
Shaker told through the media that I do not know whether Iraq intends to formally my candidacy for the office of the Ministry of Defence except that the members of the coalition of state law have expressed their willingness to support my candidacy for this office if Iraq announced my candidacy officially.
The MP for the coalition, the Iraqi Salman Jumaili has denied a number of media, the intention of his coalition to provide a new candidate for the post of defense minister, while the frequency in the Iraqi media and a faith in the Iraqi coalition to hold a meeting this evening to examine the nomination of Shaker book for the post of defense minister as acceptable to most parties.
