  1. YES this is not prefect but close enough to make a VERY interesting point to those who KEEP saying they dont have the funds.

You did a great job here. So now it is a matter of how this will go thru and when? The reserve is there though. I agree 100%.

I look forward to the responses. a great night and week.

+1 for the stealthy call out "keep" love it

  2. Frank has always had credibility with me... his speculation is probably the best I have seen. However it's just that... speculation, and that is actually all any of us can really do anyway because there are some things we could pin down as concrete but there is a whole lot more we just don't know. I remember last year and reading all the Frank posts about Jan. this and that and if not this month then we could be waiting till 2012... well here 2012 is... There was also a guy named another site that preached 2012 alot so who knows maybe he was right... I know two years ago everyone was dog cussing him. I still think he was erring on the side of caution just for the sake of being about to say see I was more sensible than everyone else

  3. Great question... I definitely would want to put some money into the market after the RV... although I prefer US Market even though it maybe worth looking at the ISX since it would only make sense that some of their stocks would rise as they have more consumerism in their country. I would think maybe someone from that country would be able to weigh in... what are some of the luxury things the common Iraqi would start to spend money on as their economy stablizes? Surely not Starbucks lol

  4. I don't think the impact would be so big. The US deficit for 2011 and 2012 (our budget year is Oct 1st to Sept 31st) was/is roughly 1.5 and 1.1 Trillion dollars in the red respectively. So lets say US speculators hold 1 trillion dinars and cash them all in after an RV to $1 (which I don't think is possible, but that's another conversation), even if 35% tax was collected that's 350B, which is a huge help to the federal budget for sure, but it still would be around 750 Billion in the red for 2012. If only 15% was collected our 2012 budget would still be $950 Billion in the red. So I don't see that as a big economic turnaround, though it would be a help for sure (if only an RV of that size were possible). If the amount held by US speculators is less and/or the RV is less the results are of course correspondingly lower. So I don't think an RV is even on the governments radar (other than as part of generally looking to Iraq to be a successful nation).

I understand your reasoning on this but I wonder if the US has ever really been in the black so to speak. I mean isn't the deficit just part of the government either way you look at it?

  5. I think people are responding negatively to people bashing... And honestly frank has not been too off with his information except the most important thing... The rv window... Which no one has been right abou, all gurus spin a good story on all this but only few are informative... But people start turning on the ones that are repetitive because they are wanting some new info but really not much has changed we are pretty much in a holding pattern because it could happen at any point as many have repeated

  6. We invaded their country. It doesn't matter that we got rid of a dictator. Dictatorship is all they have known and all they understand and relate to. We're western... of course they hate us. They always will. They hate each other bad enough to cut each other's heads off on a regular basis and blow each other up, so of course they hate the USA. After the RV happens I personally don't care what happens to Iraq. They've been murderers for thousands of years.

    My sentiments exactly

  7. I'm thinking this is a good thing. If they are saying wait on the new currency maybe that means they still plan to raise the value of the current currency and they can worry about introducing the new currency after they have had a chance to adjust to the 1 to 1 rate? I don't know I'm just talking out of my ass... I really just want this to be done and want to get the most bang for my... dinar
