Frank is just an enthusiastic speculator that a says he has people in Iraq who try to decipher the news... sometimes I appreciate the input because let's face it when you don't have all the answers it is most advantageous to have more than one view of the situation... there have been some incidents where they have been right about things that have occurred and some which they have been dead wrong you want to guess the wrong? Hmm let's see the date of the RV which EVERYONE has been wrong on at some point or other... but he's never given an "okie" type prediction or claim which some people here like to attribute to him because he likes to mix his beliefs into the investment, so either they don't like him for doing that or whatever... but I think part of this investment takes belief on our part for staying in so long through out all of the frustrations... it is fairly low risk over all because most of us can turn the dinar we hold into at least 90% of what we paid for it which is not really a HUGE loss when considered... I believe someone said there are bits of truths in every lie of course some more than others lol

Ok if this top notch banker considers this investment to risky then you should stop taking his advice because unless you bought an excessive amount it is fairly low risk. Like Adam said in his chat you shouldn't "lose" in this investment unless you sell it for less thN you bought it for.... If you have $1000 worth of another currency you should be able to turn it back into $1000 the only real investment is your patience and belief that you will get something more otherwise look at it as a savings account with no interest lol

My thing is... what does each person want? Does Shabs want the RV cause it seems like he's been all about RD and now it seems like Maliki is trying to force the RV but also wants complete power... honestly I won't care who is in power as long as there is an RV in the first place and I can cash in... either way if Maliki becomes another dictator then we can remove him too... I don't know if it would fire up this process all over again but if an RV happens I won't care too much except that I wouldn't want to waste more of our military on it.
If people who think Maliki is an Iranian puppet are right then it's a dangerous situation because then all of the sudden Iran controls Iraq's oil if Maliki does become a dictator... but if Shabs gets his way then do we lose out? or is all his RD talk curbing speculation till the gov is complete? it's frustrating bu it is finally getting to where it is interesting again to see things play out... it got boring these last couple of months

truthful I'm not sure but it seems like you have bashed every frank post every time it's posted lol... also he did not say he knew people who cashed in so go back and read that. It seems like your taking it out of context just to get people to agree with you... of course I admit he has been dead WRONG about stuff but then again he does alot of speculation that is pretty decent all around... but people tend to get excited about what that Delta guy says and that's where the fallacy usually comes in.

If you understand fractional banking, along with realizing gov to gov rates are higher than gov to bank and bank to people. Then it is not that difficult to accept.
don't know what it is about Frank's posts that make it hard for people to understand what he is saying. I've always known how to interpret him correctly but I think alot of people take bits of what is said and try to turn it into... Frank said it's RV'd... I don't think Frank has made that claim ever since I have been in this investment. I think he's a decent speculator but I also think some of the people around him are fanatical and that I don't care for.

The thing people who keep harping on this Obama birth certificate thing are most afraid of is that he will get re-elected lol I'm afraid that we will just end up choosing the lesser of two evils in the end because I don't see any strong candidates coming out of the GOP. Unfortunately history shows that the current president always has the biggest advantage because he's a known face... we know what we are getting, and honestly I think he would have been a better pres if he wasn't already coming into a down economy. Either that or his other skeletons would have been looked at more closely. I mean look at Clinton... good economy... so people focused more on his "issues" and so he was caught with the intern.

It's sensible but still only an opinion... I mean unless your in the country and you know what the average citizen does or doesn't know... honestly it's hard to figure out what the average citizen in our own respective countries do and don't know... really there is so much more opportunity out there that MOST people don't know about because people don't talk to each other and don't help each other out... I guess the trick is knowing the right questions to ask. Either way if pre RV a car cost 20,000,000 dinar I don't think the average Iraqi citizen even has 1,000,000 dinar hidden under their mattress... I assume that they live to make ends meet just like most of us here do. They have to use their money to survive... so as long as they have it ready to go on the market side of things it shouldn't be that difficult where everyone needs some kind of "education" for two years. So instead of hey here is your 500,000 dinar you use to go grocery shopping with here is 500 dinar and you will be able to get just as much... there is the transition in country IMO because then it would be worth the same and then the prices would change accordingly... the value adds when it's no fixed and the value of the currency increases against the dollar. That is the whole reason for 1:1 so that they don't have to use the dollar in country... so even though we would exchange 500,000 dinar for $500,000 the iraqi citizen wouldn't do that, because you don't need Dollars in country you use the new currency. I hope that didn't all get confusing and lost in the sauce... it's just my opinion as well... you could just as well be right TimS but I don't know that Iraq could hold off for that long with everything they are attempting to do.

Nice sentiment....but not true. The point is not moot.....the RV is not a guaranteed event by any means, even Adam has said this before.
And if it does happen, I think you will have to wait a little bit longer than September......try a couple more years. 
JMHO But moot.....I think NOT!I did not say the rv is gauranteed that word was not used... What I'm saying is if.the rv does happen like we want it we won't be looking back on whose predictions are right so its moot it makes no difference at least I don't give a damn who said what if im looking at a bunch of 0s in my account

You consider Delta the real deal?
This guy has a supposed contact inside Shabs office and yet he can't get better intel than what he puts out????? Sorry, not buying any of it. Nobody has an up close and personal contact like that and gets it wrong so many times in a row. Not even close!Delta has put out posts implying that the $3.22 is a possibility......we should see it before Arab Summit.....RV should be .86 to $1+ by end of this week....Shabs told a bank teller that it will RV this month (March)....if no RV by March 1st, then we won't see it until end of 2012 or Jan 2013...rate of .86 looks great.....and this is just the recent stuff.
He flops around and changes his mind as much as Okie or any of the other pumpers.....can't believe you think he is credible at all?? Oh well...to each his own, it's your opinion of which you are entitled. Delta estimated about 1.17 at one point and also I think all gurus have been wrong at some point. Im also sure that if delta does have a source close to shabs the information is limited anyway so maybe that IS the best he could get out of the source otherwise you risk becoming an annoyance... But I don't know about delta being the real deal... And breitling is just giving an opinion as is everyone besides the pumpers. Either way wether it happens this month or in June or September it will have happened and all thisis moot

I couldn't agree more... which is why I made my earlier statement which apparently got me negs... I'm sure it's because it sounded like I defended Obama and that's not that case but even still if I WAS defending Obama I'm just giving an opinion and not attacking anyone so it's not fair for people to neg me because of that. ESPECIALLY since people get banned for too many negs and for the RECORD I don't like Obama didn't vote for him and wouldn't and I'm a black guy... but Like BradyBear said we should just stop with all the racial crap because we will always see in color as long as we are trying to point out that someone should be doing something just BECAUSE they are a certain color... I'm probably the anti-thesis of my race or any race for that matter... I'm just being me and I judge people on the way I perceive them to be as a person. I don't even like to take other people's opinions on a person till I have met them and formed my own opinion. Because no matter where you come from in life you will find that EVERYONE has a reason for what they are doing or did (aside from the insane which is a reason in itsself if you think about it) but still even if the president was not black I would hold the same opinion that he should probably stay away from stories about hate crime because then he risks dividing the nation even further if he starts sticking up for one side, so that is why I hate to see Obama pandering to Blacks in this country as if to say (I'm on your side) when really if they didn't make up part of his voters he wouldn't care. In any case it is sad news hearing what happened to that couple and it really pisses me off to see any people acting that way. Especially when it's that many against just a few... I don' t know how they think it makes them feel any better.
