  2. What restrictions do you think the IMF will implement when the Dinar RV's? I am not talking about tax, or fees, but possible banking "regulations" possibly out of the ordinary, to hinder or slow down investors here in the USA or where ever, who will be trying to exchange their dinars to US dollars, such as, but not limited to, banking restrictions for example, time restrictions, dollar amount restrictions to convert, etc., or whatever? Does anyone foresee any twist or hurdles they could implement? I realize we are in new territory to some degree with Iraq and our investment in the dinar...history is being made in many ways. It is my understanding it is the IMF that will set up the rules and regulations as well as set the rate and the date. This is probably a question for a international currency banker possibly. I realize that common investors and first time currency inverstors will not know the answer.
