CBI begins 2011 sessions with selling $125m January 3, 2011 - 03:56:05 BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: A total of $125.068 million were sold during the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) dollar sales on Monday at an exchange rate of 1,170 Iraqi dinars per dollar. “The demand hit $800,000 in cash today, covered at an exchange rate of 1,183 Iraqi dinars per dollar, and $124.268 million in foreign transfers outside the country, covered at an exchange rate of 1,183 Iraqi dinars per dollar,” according to a CBI news bulletin received by Aswat al-Iraq news agency. None of the 15 banks that participated in today’s session offered to sell dollars. SO MUCH FOR THE RUMOR THAT DINARS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY........

Iraqi govt. grant for journalists, writers, artists, to be paid soon December 9, 2010 - 02:00:41 BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Iraq’s Ministry of Culture has announced on Thursday that its financial grants, allocated for journalists, writers and artists, would be paid in the second half of this month. “The Ministry of Culture has decided to distribute its financial grants for Iraqi writers, journalists and artists after mid December, because some of the lists of their names had been delayed till this date,” a Culture Ministry source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. Noteworthy is that a committee, led by the Iraqi Culture Ministry’s Undersecretary, Taher Mahmoud, and membership of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Writers Union, Popular Poets Union, Photographers Union and the Artists Union, had issued lists, including names of their members to be covered by what it termed as “Encouragement Awards,” to continue in the future as well. The total award was not announced by the Culture Ministry on Thursday, but a previous statement by the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate had said that it would be about 400,000 Iraqi dinars (US$357 approx.) every 3 months.

What denominations did you order? I ordered $5,000.00. That might be the difference??? IDK. But I am getting a little uneasy about it. They received my $1170.00 on 3-Nov.

It is now Tuesday 7pm and no Dinar. Ali emailed Monday stating that Fed Ex forgot the package and it would be to me Tuesday (Today), I did not receive again, I called Dinar Trade and once again the package did not go out, but they stated it would be sent in the morning and I should get it Thursday (One full week after Dinar Trade received my payment + $20.00 overnight delivery)... Isn't Thursday a Federal Holiday? Veterans Day. I dont even know if Fed Ex runs on Holiday's?? So I guess I will take friday off of work and sit around the house all day again.

I called Dinar Trade, they were all out of the 5000 IQD notes, and will send them out to me tomorrow. I appreciate all the insight on Dinar Trade, I have heard from many that they are by far the best to deal with. I have been getting Dinar from GID, this was my first order from Dinar Trade, got a little nervious.

Yes it did stir the pot some. But like everyone stated, I am sure it will be resolved, however does not get my vacation day back for me. I took the day off to be here when the package arrived. BTW.Glad the see the Saints win this weekend. My wife is from Jefferson Parrish...Huge Saint Fan...

WELL, IM FEELING ALOT BETTER NOW THAT I HAVE HEARD FROM YOU ALL.

So, I order some Dinar from Dinar Trade Inc last Thursday, went to the Bank and wired the money. Dinar Trade sent me a confirmation email confirming they received the money and a Fed-X delievery was initiated. Here it is Monday 8-November-2010 and the Fed-X tracking number shows that the delivery is still in an initiated status. I call Fed-X to inquire, and they state that Dinar Trade made a label but never gave them the package. So I then call Dinar Trade, and after being placed on hold several times, come to find out, they (Dinar Trade) cancelled the delivery of my Dinar for some unknown reason. And, of course they stated they would get to the bottom of this and ensure they get another delivery initiated today. My First experience with Dinar Trade (Not so Good)...

Homework is all I have been doing on this Dinar investment. My hopes of course are high but I also stay realistic. My wife is currently in Iraq and have been in constant communication with her to stiffle rumors. This is just a question that tends to have many avenues that can be taken. However, it would benefit all Dinar Traders to keep the instant millions going, but when you look at Kuwait and Saudi their denominations of currency are much smaller, even when the Iraq Dinar was at a 3.55 USD to 1 Dinar, the denominations of the Iraqi Dinar were also much smaller than they are now.

I know there is talk about the RV, but what about the RB? If the RB happens before the RV then we are not making the millions that we think. Can some one tell me why this would not happen?
