I tried to open a warka account thur their website about 3 weeks ago to which I recieved no reply, I also sent an e-mail to the person listed on the site that handles new accounts about a week ago to inquire about my application, again I recieved no reply. Can someone tell me if the bank is open, are they still allowing foriegn accounts?
