I have heard several times lately that Talabani almost let the cat out of the bag in last Thursdays Parliment. Any idea of what or how that was. Also, a while back when referring to the WTO, I asked about the 30 days of tradeable currency before they could join and you thought that maybe they might have made some deals or found a way around it. Unless you have some way around the capital gains tax, that's the $1000 plus at least $350,000 plus if you live in a state with state taxes, that's even more. So you will start off losing $351,000 plus what ever, right from the start. $1,000,000 may seem like a lot of money but how long will it last at that rate? I'm pretty sure I saw something several weeks ago that unlike ours, their fiscal starts Jan1. Not 100% on that but pretty sure.
