  1. Good Morning Wolves - Vultures - Flesh eating Parana - Dinaraholics -- Misfits - Pumpers - Accusers - Assumers & FRIENDS -- Sorry to keep you waiting -

It is utterly ridiculous and unfounded to assume and accuse me of pumping any dealer or dinar sales - There is NO way that what I have posted could be a profit to me because there is NO way anything could be proven that it generated any business to any dealer or any sales - or any hits to any site- and believe me they are NOT going to pay without proof -

I find this personal attack on me so unfounded and unfair - posting a rumor or even opinions by anyone has the potential to generate business to a dealer or bank selling currency - Lets close all the drinking bars because someone might go in there and get drunk and might have an accident hurting innocent people - why don't we take down all the forums that advertise the sell of currency?

There is a regular poster here who has 2 sites and although they do not promote rumors here they are posted on their site to generate business from here to hopefully get hits to the dealer that is there - why is that not addressed? This very site as well as ALL the others post rumors to get hits to the site to make their money - they do not care if anyone or everyone buys more currency so why am I singled out?

What information and rumor were you told that prompted you to buy? Are you bashing them still?

I have no clue as to your reasons for attacking me so I have no way of knowing how to apologize or make things right - All I can say is that I am sorry but you are very very wrong about me - You are just so very very wrong

If I was making money to post rumors here I would not have enough to buy a cup of CHEAP coffee - I have posted 1 rumor with 2 updates and no where else - You are Sooo Wrong!

So go ahead and take your frustrations - your hatred and anger out on me and deal with your own karma - It is piling up on you not me -

I swear some of you people and your cruel abusive bashing remarks are the reason some people commit suicide - I would call it more like murder -- You don't use knives - guns - bombs - but venomous poison in the words you use and the delivery laced with your hatred and sarcasm -

Your thoughts and your feelings create your actions – Your thick insensitive skin has no feeling of pain for yourself or towards others – This is the reason for mass killings – and war – Are you proud of yourself now Mr tough guy?

You probably do not think this is serious -- What eva !! You may think that I am taking it too personally and too seriously - You're right I am taking it personally and seriously !!

    - You that are thick skinned do not feel anything - what kind of life is that?

I hope that some of you wake up and instead of demanding accountability where none is due to man up and be accountable for your own actions and realize the impact and damage you cause from them

Whether you realize it or believe it your cruel abusive attacks kill their hope - their enthusiasm - their joy - their dreams - their esteem - all that is left is a mere shell that is wrenched with unbearable pain - their only escape from the pain in their mind is suicide – And don’t even think about claiming it was all in fun !!

I wish I could share with you what I just found out - it is breath taking - hang on folks - the next hours will be interesting - I did just read that a WF bank in Tx has sent out a memo that all employees are to work for the next 4 Saturdays without question - wonder whats up with that and Russia's debt? Lots of rumors circulating this morning - Have a great day folks -

I AM NOT THE ENEMY I COULD NOT HURT ANYONE WITHOUT HURTING MYSELF - YOU DO NOT KNOW ME - UNEEK

If it will ease the tension I will not make any more posts - I can easily devote and direct my energy elsewhere - no problem at all - the negativity is not healthy and I am not here to win any contest -

I have contemplated the retreat anyway - I go to Baptist Hospital today to pick up a 30 yr old young man who has no one but myself and another female friend - He has no one and nothing - but a short time to live unless there is a huge miracle -

He has a 16 centimeter mass on his liver another smaller one on his liver and another smaller one on his pancreas - Surgery is not an option and even other treatments are highly unlikely because of $ - He has lost from 145 lbs to 110 and has a lot of pain - It does not look good and it sure does not feel good for me

My friend Sharon took him in about a yr ago because well will spare the details - so many thick skinned people here that could not feel anything anyway -- Not sure what Sharon and I can do for him other than make him as comfortable as possible until his passing - So wolves and vultures - I will not miss your abusive venomous poison at all -- You can feed off some other poor good hearted soul or starve - UNEEK

Nice dodge job of the facts.

Let’s see, you played the religion card, the “friend is ill” card, the “I am a victim” card, the “you are so mean” card and skillfully avoided the issue and question at hand.

Yes or no, are you a paid employee of D inar R ecaps paid to post rumors?

Think before you answer or I will make public the evidence.

I am not trying to attack you but it was YOU who said you “have no hidden agenda” and not me.

So if you are hiding nothing just answer the question, are you a paid employee or contractor for the rumor site D inar R ecaps who is paid to post rumors?

We do not need any religious or sympathetic distraction.

Just a simple yes or no is all that is needed.

  2. SOUNDS GREAT - BUT - since when can a state law override a federal law?

LOL! The 10th amendment ring a bell?

WY will become a very crowded state as everyone tries to move there, including myself.

Some WY communities even passed legislation everyone must cary a firearm.

That is why WY has the lowest crime rate in the nation.

    Liberals still don't get it.

You have 8 others to chose from.

The "Firearms Freedom Act" states that very thing and has been adopted by 8 states so far:

These "Freedom Acts" state that no gun law passed by the federal government will be honored within the boarders of the states who have passed the "Firearms Freedom Act"

  3. Thank you kindly from the inner most part of my heart - Your apology is warmly received & most appreciated -

News and rumors / political & economical jargon ( which do have their important place !!) are NOT my most favorite to post nor are they in my field of expertise - but most can copy & paste - gee how hard is that ??

I am much more comfortable in the mental / emotional / spiritual arenas -- now there I can talk for hours and know what I am talking about lol -- I have made a few attempts at getting some interest in those areas and would have even requested a special thread for those types instead of everything being thrown to "Off Topic" -

I do not know what tomorrow holds but I know who holds my tomorrow -

I have sincerely attempted to be a positive contributor here and bring a variety of information that could be of benefit to all -

I am not the enemy - I do not have a hidden agenda - I am not a pumper or guru - and I do NOT choose to be a thick skinned cruel abusive venomous attacker like some are just to thrive and survive here -- I can put one foot in front of the other last time I checked - lol -Of course this "could" all be classified and perceived as rumor until I could / would present verifiable proof -- lol

Again thank you for the courtesy extended - UNEEK

You seem to have forgotten one important fact UNEEK. You forgot to tell everyone that you are a full time paid employee of D inar R ecaps (for over a year) and that you receive your pay for posting rumors. The more rumors posted = more hits = more money.

So you UNEEK make your money from posting rumors, spreading rumors and finding rumors from others.

As I said in an other thread, I have nothing against someone making money posting rumors because we all have to make a living but I do have a problem with the exploitation of emotions of the unwary and the spreading of lies for monetary gain as I find that to be immoral. Yes rumors are just that rumors but some people act upon these rumors you post and end up causing a rush of money into dinar dealers and a rush of readers onto paid rumor sites like the one you work for resulting in massive amounts of income for both the dealers and your rumor site.

I am not bashing you UNEEK but if you want to present yourself as having "no hidden agenda" then be truthful and let nothing be hidden.

Please keep posting your "rumors" as they are a strong part of the present economy but I remind everyone to listen to Adam and do not invest more than you can afford to lose and remember that the rumors are just for entertainment / income generation for dealers and should not be taken seriously.

Like Paul Harvey use to say, and that is the rest of the story.

    Good day!

  4. when ever Maliki gets in a TOUGH spot, he always wants to have dialogue & he always

brings up the constitution. He thinks thats his ace in the hole because he helped draft it. All

the other writers he has knocked off. B)/>/>

Nope. The Iraqi Constitution was drafted by a group selected by the US government.

The current constitution was approved by a referendum that took place on 15 October 2005. The constitution was drafted in 2005 by members of the Iraqi Constitution Drafting Committee to replace the Law of Administration for the State of Iraq for the Transitional Period (the "TAL"). The TAL was drafted between December 2003 and March 2004 by the Iraqi Governing Council, an appointed body that was selected by the Coalition Provisional Authority after the Iraq War and occupation of Iraq by the United States and Coalition forces.

  5. (Wife of Dinar salesman;-)

My guess it is "Ocrush" putting this out to build up a bigger sucker base.

Or it could be one of the D inar R ecaps people as they are paid for the rumors they post.

D inar R ecaps makes money by posting rumors. The more rumors = more hits = more income.

That is how they pay the people who work for them.

UNEEK can confirm this because UNEEK is one of the paid rumor posters at D inar R ecaps and does a great job posting rumors.

Everyone has to make a living and people do what they can to survive so I have no issue with the rumor posters but just remember that dinar rumors generate huge amounts of money for some sites and dealers.

Listen to Adam and don't invest more than you can lose and just enjoy the show.

  6. This is serious bad news.

Now we know the hold up is not Iraq but the US government.

    We are so screwed.

I remember very well reading an article last year that said we were holding 60 some Billion of Iraqs money in the Bank of New York. ohmy.gif

We were trying at the time to figure out if this was their reserves and just how much control the US may have over them.

Does this confirm that we hold their $$$ per Chapt VII??? Per UN Sanctions??? Pretty Much I'd Say.

I remember thinking at that time if the US is in control, as Unirod and Bostonangler are saying, then it is not a good situation for Iraq or us.

One would think that would keep Iraq "towing the rope" so to say... but this could explain the tightened relations with Russia.

Perhaps Iraq is thinking that with the arms deals... Russia will be motivated to help them get control of their money (out of Chapt VII) with their influence in the UN.

I don't get that last line about Shabs at all? Is that saying the US threatened him? What do they mean "immunity overcome"? Do they mean by Maliki?

"And threatened Iraqi Central Bank Governor Sinan al-Shabibi resorting to 'all means' if the case is not resolved within the country, saying that the immunity of the bank have been overcome in Iraq."

That would be a dang good excuse to "maintain control" of Iraq's funds, huh... Just thinking out loud here.

What they are saying is that the CBI has been taken over by the US government and the CBI has no say in what happens to the Dinar.

The control of the Dinar and the CBI is in the hands of Obama and that is why the Iraqi government went after Shabs is because he was the one who allowed it to happen and was part of the whole dirty deal with the US government.

  7. Movement official Allawi and Iraqi forces in Tikrit announced his withdrawal and indicates that its pure fiction and fabrication and run by families outside Iraq

    Haider Ali Jawad - 01/03/2013 - 2:41 pm | Readers: 23

An official Iraqi National Accord Movement and the Iraqi List in salads Hazem al-Janabi, pulling with his colleagues from the National Accord Movement. said in a statement delivered during the press conference held at the movement in Tikrit today: "The project Accord Movement and the Iraqi List National veered off course and was disappointed us, and it turns out to be pure fiction and fabrication, has turned into a family-run conglomerates families living outside Iraq and dominate the movement. " and he added: "In the light of these facts, announced my withdrawal from the movement and the provincial council elections"

    http://www.burathanews.com/news_article_180364.html

    No surprise there.

Allawi spends more time out of Iraq in other countries in attempts to get them to meddle in the political situation than he does in Iraq.

The news section here is filled with dozens of articles about Allawi leaving Iraq during every sort of crisis to only appear in a foreign country making critical remarks about the GOI and in some cases openly asking for help to overthrow the political process.

His own party members have wised up to his tricks.

  8. "Council members Nineveh are threatening to resign if Baghdad did not release women prisoners and the abolition of the de-Baathification"

You guys do know that this law was put in place by the US forces right?

"De-Baathification" was the removal of all of Saddam Hussain's leadership structure from the government and military and many of these people in this prison were arrested by US and British forces and not the current government of Iraq.

Wow...it is amazing to see so many people advocating the removal and even assassination of an elected leader.

People may want to spend more time reading the news and less time listening to gurus who do nothing but inject uneducated opinions on subjects they know little of.

    Just sayin...

  9. I say "Come and get them" I will be giving them the lead first!

"Come and get them" in Greek. Pronounced "Molon Laveh".

It is a famous quote from ancient military history. It was uttered by Leonidas (King of Sparta) to

Xerxes (King of Persia) during the battle of Thermopylae, when Xerxes ordered Leonidas... "Lay down

    your arms!"

Leonidas' reply will live in history... "Come and get them!"

  10. I'm unclear as to what you''re suggesting...

Interpol didn't issue the warrant nor did the FBI,the UN or the World Court....

And yes I agree..the "clearing house"is supported by nearly 200 law enforcement agencies..

International alert issued for fugitive Iraqi vice president

    By the CNN Wire Staff

Istanbul (CNN) -- Interpol on Tuesday issued a "red notice" for Iraqi Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi, who is suspected of guiding and financing terrorist attacks in the country.

The red notice for al-Hashimi "represents a regional (and) international alert to all of Interpol's 190 member countries to seek their help in locating and arresting him, following the issue of a national arrest warrant by Iraq's Judicial Investigative Authority as part of an investigation in which security forces seized bombing materials and arrested individuals," the international police organization said in a statement.

Al-Hashimi has been living in a Turkish government guest house in Istanbul. In recent months, he has lived in Iraq's semi-autonomous Kurdistan region but has also traveled to Saudi Arabia and Qatar at the invitation of those governments.

Interpol Joins Effort to Find Iraq Official

    By JACK HEALY

    Published: May 8, 2012

BAGHDAD — The international police organization Interpol stepped squarely into a bitter political and sectarian fight on Tuesday when it responded to a request for help from Iraq to arrest the country’s fugitive Sunni vice president on charges that he ran death squads inside Iraq.

Iraq's Tariq al-Hashemi faces Interpol arrest notice

    BBC

International police organisation Interpol has issued a worldwide alert for the arrest of fugitive Iraqi Vice-President Tariq al-Hashemi.

He is accused of running Sunni death squads in post-invasion Iraq to target Shia officials - which he denies.

He fled to Kurdish-run northern Iraq when the allegations emerged in 2011, and later visited other countries.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Mr Hashemi was currently in Turkey for medical treatment.

"Mr al-Hashemi is in our country due to his health problems and to hold talks regarding latest developments," Mr Erdogan said. "I believe, he will return his country following his treatment."

Interpol on Tuesday issued a "Red Notice" - a request for local police to detain a wanted person with a view to their extradition.

Many of Interpol's members consider it a valid arrest request, but a Red Notice is non-binding and is not a formal international arrest warrant.

Interpol Secretary-General Ronald Noble said the move would "significantly restrict his [Hashemi's] ability to travel and cross international borders".

  11. Just to clarify before another forum fact is born...

Interpol is not a law enforcement agency, doesn't issue or enforce warrants and doesn't arrest anyone..It's more of a clearing house to share information among member law enforcement agencies.

The only warrant for Hashemis arrest was issued by Iraq and Turkey declined to honor it..

Correct and that "clearing house" is supported by the World Court, the UN and the FBI and would never issue a bogus warrant... especially one for an elected leader of a nation.

  12. Coolbeans, If he's a terrorist and Interpol has an arrest warrant don't you think they would have arrested him by now? Did you forget that Turkey is part of Nato and must hand him over if Interpol shows up at the door? Have you even heard of them showing up in Turkey? Does that seem a bit suspicious to you?

I love that. You call me a terrorist supporter. I do not support maliki, he's a terrorist. I support Hashemi. He's not. Can't wait to see these files the US said they are going to bring. Now that they are about to pull their support for an enemy of democracy.

    Wow..

You are supporter of a known and wanted terrorist.

If the FBI knocks on your door do not be surprised.

  13. Geez, I hope they can do this right and not destroy the rest of what the good guys have been trying to build. It's been a long time coming for the citizens to be aware. Pray for the peace for the folks and the demise of the tyrant dictator.

Yeah coolbeans, but so are thousands in the PM's jails and being tortured just because they oppose him. Hashemi is not guilty of what maliki drummed up. The US, Maliki, Iran, and members of maliki's party know this and have said this. It was all drummed up to not only take Hashemi out but to make sure he never took Talabani's place in the event Talabani was unable to serve. (like now) The so called high court is also governed by maliki. Judges that will sign a death certificate with blantant signs of tortured and call it natural causes. This started going on since the troops left last December. He started assassinating and arresting his opposition. Like Shabibi and Issawi. The latest victims.

    BS

If this were false and "drummed up" Interpol would not have a warrant out for Hashimi's arrest.

He is one of Interpol's most wanted.

Amazing to see you support wanted terrorist who are wanted for attempted assassination and the death of women and children.

I do not like terrorist or terrorist supporters.

  14. The rallies find echoes in the Arab Spring. Protesters chanted "the people want the downfall of the regime," a slogan that has rippled across the region and was fulfilled in Tunisia and Egypt. Other rallying cries blasted Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's government as illegitimate and warned that protesters "will cut off any hand that touches us."

I know that Maliki needs to go, but for an Arab spring encompassing the same devistation as Egypt, Lybia and Tunisia, could rake total havoc on the economy of Iraq. For two years, the Arab Sping has loomed at Maliki's heels and he has done nothing but lie stall and steal from his people. He has to be Psychotic, not to see this coming, and if that's the case, he has the potential to deliver Iraq into total devistation.

Yes the "Arab Spring" is nothing more that the radical take over of governments by Islamic Jihadist,

The "Muslim Brotherhood" is who former vice president Hashimi was affiliated with and as we know he is charged with attempted assassination, bombings and other acts of terror.

In fact there is an article in the news section where Hashimi has made comment from hiding that these demonstration are the begining of the end of the current GOI.

When the Arab Spring hits Iraq all hell will break lose and you can kiss any investment there goodbye.

  15. NOBODY forced ANYONE to invest in Warka Bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is true but people DID advise people to do so.

Some of these people who gave this advise and did not give proper disclaimer or were not licensed financial advisers may be targets of future class action lawsuits by large groups of people who followed their advise and lost money.

  16. I believe TLAR to be an idiot and a calamity howler. Warka nor the CBI can ill afford to screw a handful of depositors. According to the CBI it is said that Warka has fewer than 10,000 foreign depositors. So in the big picture Warka depositors are small potatoes in deposits when compared to the loud voice they can spread over the internet and destroy any credibility that the CBI and the GOI have built up. If anything Warka depositors are more in the drivers seat position than any US depositors with FDIC insurance. Don't listen to these trailer trash gurus and their negativity. There is so much not revealed in these articles about Warka and the struggle with the CBI over private banking control......IMO

    Nope you have that backwards.

If the CBI and the GOI did NOT take action against a bank that had $200,000,000 of missing deposits then the CBI would lose credibility.

The fact that they are taking a hard stance shows the world that the CBI and GOI will not allow banking fraud and corruption.

Also you may want to ask yourself what the US government did to help the investors who lost billions of dollars in the Berrnie Maddoff scandal?

    Answer: Not a darn thing.

We have seen billions and billions of dollars lost in the Enron, AIG, Maddoff and most recent MF Global scams and what did the US government do for all of the poor people who lost all of their retirement money? They told them "better luck next time" and that was it.

So keeping THAT in mind who do you think would care more for your investments? The US Government (fail) or the GOI?

    Just sayin.

  17. Reports I've read indicate that "Equity" positions (shareholders) will be possibly lost/liquidated. Depositors are not owners/shareholders. My hope is that the deposits will be assumed or transferred to another Iraqi bank.

From what I can tell it looks like it is the missing money from accounts that they need to cover within 10 days or be liquidated/closed.

The 200 billion dinar is needed to cover the deposits.

This explains all of the reports over the past year of DV members and others who could not get their money back out of Warka.(no money to return)

Looks like there is massive missing money and that is why the CBI took the bank into receivership in the first place.
