Scooter, First let me thank you for the wonderful contributions you are making. I am grateful for what you are doing. Any idea when the Ch 7 will be addressed? I can't help but wonder, like another poster, why it is still so easy to purchase dinar at the same exchange rate when it would appear the time for RV is so close. It is curious that the general public, who is almost never allowed to benefit, is able to get in on this. Things like this are almost invariably reserved for wealthy insiders. If this happens I will feel like one of the luckiest people in the world! Did Kuwait's currency revalue similar to what is happening in Iraq? Thanks and Regards, frankc
