This has been my thoughts for the last month. Each day I keep reading all the contracts being given out....by whom? That non-working "Gov't" we seen fighting over PM. Someone is working, and working overtime! Contracts are being made almost daily on housing projects, Oil & Gas, Electricity, Ships, Fighter Planes, Telecom, transportation, agriculture etc...I'm AMAZED at how much this non-working GOI is doing. My thought have been that we will not see any major RV until these projects are up and running which may take longer than we all hope for...in the meantime I will keep investing as I'm able to afford. And if I lose it all, I can honestly say I've gotten a real education out of the whole thing. I've learned more about the USD and IQD and Iraq as a country then I have ever expected. I just can't see any of us losing in this investment if we just HANG ON! If there is an 8-10 yr plan like I've read on numerous post, then we still have a 2 yr window to play with. Just think how much more we can invest in 2 yrs!!!! Bush just may have been right when he said this war will pay for itself. What he failed to mention is that it just may pay for my house, car, kid's college and retirement too.

Here is just a small part of it: Fees: Dinar Trade will charge $150 per million dinars as a service fee for exchanging your Dinars. Our minimum quantity of Dinars that may be cashed in is 100,000. The minimum fee is $150. Rate of Exchange: We will offer customers who have purchased from Dinar Trade the option to lock in a rate for the time of their appointment. Our rate will be based on the Central Bank of Iraq's buy rate. We will post the lock in agreement on our website and we will also fax or email a lock in agreement to the customer that must be signed, notarized and faxed back to our office within 24 hours. If the fax is not received within the 24 hours your lock in rate will be forfeited. Once locked in the appointment and rate cannot be changed or canceled. There will be legal recourse for individuals who lock in a rate and do not arrive for their appointment. The lock in rate is guaranteed until the day of the appointment. A lock in rate means that the price is agreed upon whether the rate goes up or down. Customers who are unsure or do not want to lock in a rate will receive the rate on the day of their appointment. The exchange rate will depend on the rate in Iraq at that time of the appointment for customers not locking in a rate. We will let you know the rate on the phone but it will not be confirmed until you arrive at one of our offices at the time of exchange. We encourage everyone to check all the banks who will be exchanging Dinars and their rates before calling us. We are confident we can beat their rates.

I do question how he is going to cash us out after reading Rudys report but that we will cross later... Just go RV!!!!! This is what I would be worried about. Ali plans on opening a bank in Iraq within a month (as soon as ministry of finance approves him- I just spoke with him 12 minutes ago on the phone about it) so that we could deposit our Dinars into an Iraqi account were interest rates will be higher, CDs pay more etc.... Problem is how do we research all this in time to make sure that is legit or not. We avoid paying US taxes until we convert our Dinar to USD. It is tempting to see how we may want to deposit some of our IQD into a Iraqi bank and get yearly income from just the interest. But again, those banks are only insured by God. Sorry God, but that's not enough for me. BOA or Wells Fargo looks good if DT is not able to cash in for me. Time will only tell. Go RV!

Hey if Ali is not real then he already has our money! WE ALL decided to invest in this and my arm certainly wasn't twisted to do so and Ali has been a wonderful connection and resource for us all. We also decide where and when (if when) to cash in. Ali is buying back Dinar too, so if he is such a ripoff artist, why buy back? We have other choices too so chill out!

I've been to the Santa Monica building for other reasons. It's legit and has security.

As a newbie, I can't see why we would believe anyone who gives us a date. Frankly Iraq is just starting to get it's act together. Contracts being signed for oil, housing etc...I personally don't think any RV will happen until these projects are completed and start making $$ for Iraq and it's people, which could be 1-2 yrs from now. If it happens before then, GREAT. But I'm not holding my breath. I believe it will happen, but WHEN, we do not know.

Well put! I can't believe all these "god fearing preachers" on this thread. Look, reality is that Christians, Jews, Muslims and even homosexuals have given their lives in Iraq and we are looking to make money from this. I don't believe that is the WILL OF GOD. Stop the Holy War here and get back to business. We all have our faith(s) and beliefs whatever they may be. The great part of being American is that we are allow to keep them and express them. But this is the wrong place to do so. Praise be to my dog who loves me unconditionally, more than any human has.
